+ -1 moreThe timing and coordination were perfect between CSG and JBR and allowed me to have the fascia boards painted, while getting new gutters. The job site was neat and organized. The installation looks great and they function well. We are very pleased.
Description of Work: New gutters. Had them drop and remove old gutters. They coordinated with JBR to have the fascia boards painted the next day and then CSG returned and put up the new gutter a couple days later.

They missed some of the details and I just ended up finishing out myself because I got tired of the emails trying to get them to finish up the details. The price was the best out of three estimates. They came out when they said they would.

+ 0 moreOverall very happy with quality of work. New vinyl is straight and lies flat. Aluminum wrapping and gutters look good. There was a problem at end of job. Noticed roof leaking and traced to where they installed roof jacks for scaffolding. Asked them to inspect and plug holes. Original crew came, said it was done and leaks continued. Asked them again to inspect and plug holes. Finally president came and inspected and found screw holes had not been filled. New crew then came and filled holes with caulking and leaks stopped.
Description of Work: They removed old siding and installed new vinyl siding. Installed aluminum wrapping on fascia and soffits. They also replaced gutters.

+ -1 moreRight from the first phone call, they were very responsive and professional. Got an estimate right away. Even worked with neighborhood association to find the best acceptable materials. Originally scheduled for a two day project but they arrived very early, had a very large crew, removed and replaced entire roof, did the extras we contracted for, all in one day. Came the next day to check everything and do an additional magnet sweep of the property. Cleanup was very good. No damage to scrubs or trees.

They completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterward so that you could not tell they had been there except for the new gutters. Josh has been willing to meet several times to answer questions and to show products so that we could feel comfortable in what we were buying. The company may need a little more front office help as Josh can sometimes seem a little rushed and forgetful. They did a fine job on the gutters and we are looking forward to our new windows.

+ -1 moreI actually hired TrueSon Exteriors for my roofing project; however, without my knowledge, this project was subcontracted to CSG Restoration, LLC. Though I was disappointed with Barry Roewe from TrueSon Exteriors for not disclosing this information, I could not be more pleased with CSG Restoration and my new roof. As promised, the roofing crew showed up at 6:30 AM and began to shield our extensive landscaping. Shortly afterwards, the crew of eleven began tearing off the wood shake roof and by noon, the old roof was gone. With wasting anytime, the new roof was installed. We have a rather large house with a complex roof and the job was completed, as promised, on the second day. They define a work day as sunup to sundown. The laborers were absolutely wonderful: respectful, pleasant and professional not to mention very hard working. Though not perfect, the clean-up was good and only a few minor casualties to the landscape, underline minor. It would have been nice if they had taken the initiative to clean the now filthy, wood dust laden, skylights but this is so minor I feel a little guilty mentioning it. I cannot offer an opinion about the upper management and the bidding process since my job was subcontracted, I can speak highly of their roofing crew. I will call this company first for my future roofing needs.

When the weather did cooperate, they showed up on time with a crew large enough to complete the work in excellent time. The gutter crew worked in conjunction with the final stages of the siding crew. Clean up was performed continuously so the yard was never a mess. The final clean up was so good, you couldn't tell they had been there. Company supervisors were in and out all day long and performed a final walk around with me to make sure I was happy. I would and have recommended their services.
Description of Work: Removal and replacement of gutters and down spouts. This job was part of a complete contract including roof shingles, vinyl siding and gutters as a result of hail damage. Company provided all documentation necessary to make my dealings with the insurance company a breeze.

Description of Work: CSG did a complete tear off and replacement of a large steep roof. The covered the ground around the house to catch debris, stripped old roof, removed and replaced ALL vents and boots, removed and replaced drip edging, installed ice dam in valleys, laid underlayment and shingles. Removed a reset satellite dishes.

+ -1 moreWe were undecided between two colors to use for the new guttering, so CSG brought both colors and held up the sample down spouts so we could see them both up against the house. We really appreciated this extra effort on their part to help us decide. Side Note - As it turns out, when we met them face to face, we both work out at the same gym but did not know what each other did outside of the gym......small world!
Description of Work: We built a new custom home, so this was a new residential guttering project. They were prompt and professional from the estimate stage through the completed project. Due to the mature trees on the lot, we requested larger gutters. Our home backs up to a bluff which added a few extra challenges to the project.

Description of Work: We are in the process of building a new home and have been less than pleased with some of the subs our contractor was using. So we decided to hire our own team to install the gutters on the house. I had read about Angie's List and decided to read through the reviews to help me select a company to give us a quote. We have a heavily wooded lot and felt we needed the larger gutter to deal with all the leaves. Peter found CSG's manager, Josh Ritzo, to be very professional and asking the right questions to assess our issues. The day of the install, the foreman called Peter and had us come over and finalize our color choice. They knew we were having a hard time picking the color. They held up two different colored downspouts against the house to help us see what each color would look like. Sometimes it is hard to visualize how it is going to look just in your mind. We really appreciated getting to see each color up against the house. It is this type of extra effort that makes a company and it's employees really stand out. I spoke to all three men on the install team that day and all were so polite and professional in their work. They were done in one day and left no trace of being there other than handsome gutters on the house. Funny side note: As it turns out, we go to the same gym as the foreman. We were just unaware of what each other did outside of the gym. Small world.

They obviously took their time. I had checked with some other companies and their price was very fair for what they did. They had a supervisor come out every day and check out what the men were doing which was important.
