DO NOT RECOMMEND August 25th this company was supposed to come out and snake a drain in the basement after a floor drain back up They showed up 2 hours late , stated that they completed the repair and left. I Paid the invoice which i found surprisingly cheap but moved forward. Fast Forward to Sept 3rd - same floor drain is backed up again.. this time even worse. I give Mr.Pipey a call late at night 7PM or so, They apologize and tell me that they fired there previous technician and will be out the next day to complete the service free of charge, Meanwhile i have standing water in the basement. I call Roto- ROoter and they are out that night to fix the problem and back the work up with a warranty . Sept 4th comes - Mr. Pipey never shows up , Never Calls , Despite me getting the confirmation text of appt. I call them at 5:30 PM and again same apology , we got tied up installing a water heater... Oddly enough this is the same exact excuse they used for being late the first time. Now I am asking for reimbursement for the services rendered correctly by a Reputable company and they stated they would call me back before lunch on FRIDAY Sept 6th-- NO surprise, NO CALL... HENRY, AHMED , or TAYLOR ORANGE , whomever is the owner of this company I would like a Discussion as you told me yesterday that you were not scammers on the phone but your reviews, Address, and other information you have provided me seem to suggest otherwise.. I have Invoices, calls, pictures of before and after with time stamps. I will escalate. HEED THIS WARNING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS !!! HEED THIS WARNING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS !! 9/6/24"

Unlike other businesses with an answering service, Gary communicated directly with me through texts, including requesting pictures, to understand the issue beforehand. He spent a good deal of time working on a part that was stuck. When it wouldn't budge, he explained what would be needed to fix it and did not charge me for the visit. I would definitely use their services again."
