The whole experience went very, very good. I am very pleased.

I highly recommend Ultra Plumbing. This company is professional, efficient and solved my problem in a very timely fashion. Our laundry line backed up in the basement and it overflowed (water and grease everywhere). Ultra sent Shaun out to take care of it. Shaun didn't even have to pick up the job as he was just on call rather than on a shift, but he did anyway. He augured the drain and unclogged it and had the entire job wrapped up within an hour or two. We have not had the issue resurface since. The pricing was very fair as well.

Carin the sales associate was very polite/helpful and Sean the plumber had wonderful customer service with his professional approach and exemplary skills.

Great experience with the company, and people I wouldn't say that they're pricey I like to think of what I had done as an investment after all I hadn't service anything in the house for over 20 years plumbing wise what was I to expect.

Plumbers came out by recommendation from a restoration company. They were not able to troubleshoot the issue during their visit, but I am very impressed with the care they placed in following up with me. This is not something that usually happens with businesses these days. Their professionalism and courtesy go a long way with me. I would use them again.
