When Andrei and his crew came to our house, they removed our old painted curling shakes and replaced them with beautiful Cape Cod grey Hardy plank siding on the front of the house, and Maibec shakes on the gables and kitchen entry way, with white Azak trim all around in less than a week. They replaced two windows with Harvey windows as well. The entire crew was respectful and tidy at the end of each day and cleaned up at the end of the job like they were not even there. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
