SafeStreets - ADT Authorized Provider

I cancelled this project yet this company keeps calling and leaving voice messages. I have blocked the calls (i.e., no phone ringing), but they continue to call and leave messages. This is harassment and I am p*****!

I had a truly appalling experience with SafeStreets recently, and I feel compelled to share my story to save others from the headache and frustration I endured. I scheduled an appointment for an ADT security camera installation between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on 8/15. Little did I know that this would turn into an utter nightmare. Not only did the technician fail to show up within the agreed-upon time window, but the customer service representatives I contacted throughout the day were either shockingly uninformed or outright dishonest. Each time I called for an update, I was fed excuses about the technician running late and was advised to wait until 4:00 PM. As it turns out, my appointment hadn't even been scheduled due to a "system error." It's clear that SafeStreets has serious communication and organizational issues within its own ranks. I wasted precious hours of my day waiting at my new, unfurnished home, only to be told that I needed to reschedule the appointment. The blatant disregard for my time and the complete lack of accountability from SafeStreets are absolutely infuriating. This incident has made me seriously question SafeStreets' competence as a service provider. The level of unreliability and unprofessionalism I encountered is simply inexcusable. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting SafeStreets with their security needs. My hope is that by sharing my terrible experience, others can avoid falling into the same trap. This kind of unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated, and as customers, we deserve better. SafeStreets, take this as an opportunity to address your internal issues and make significant improvements to your customer service and appointment management processes. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend SafeStreets to anyone.

I called & spoke w/ a rep.I thought I was giving my “order” for the items I needed.I asked @ contract/ETF. He told me what’s included (warranty, discounts, etc.)The rep adv me that the tech would give me final extra upfront cost for camera/doorpad after he sees my home. I DIDN’T KNOW THAT THE GUY COMING OUT WAS A SALESPERSON & technician.That being said, he installed window alarms on every window, smoke detectors in every room, motion detectors, etc.The guy NEVER ONCE TOLD ME that all of these things were an EXTRA charge.At the end of the install, he handed me his PHONE to sign, but NEVER went over total pricing.He only said it comes to $89/mo & that he wasn’t charging me for anything upfront.When I called the order in, I was told $59/mo.so I assumed the increase was bc he put the camera/doorpad in w/ my monthly ADT charge.Before I signed 1 screen on his phone, he did tell me that it was a credit check.I knew from my initial call that it was a 3yr contract w/ 70% ETF, so I assumed that this was for the contract.W/ me just buying the home, I assumed that’s why I was denied.He asked if there was someone who would co-sign.I said maybe my dad. I called him & w/ the tech standing beside me, he heard me ask him if he would sign for the contract.At this point, I’m not aware that all of this EXTRA stuff is over $5300.He listened to me tell my dad that he’s agreeing to a credit check for the contract, he never corrects me.I called in as soon as my dad recvd the Synchrony Bank bill 2 weeks after the install & was adv that there’s nothing that could be done since the BRE period was only 3 days, which I was told nothing @, but wouldn’t have mattered bc I wouldn’t have known @ charges until the bill came anyway.

An Outstanding Security Technician made the process relatively unintrusive, and satisfyingly rapid. The Tech was superbly informative and patient with the Customer throughout the entire process.

The team was not only friendly but very personable. They also take their time with you to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck. No one tried to over sell me and they were very forth coming about what my particular home and area needs and does not need. I think we have the perfect level of security for our home. Our technician also did a great job with the installation ensure everything looks professional. It was a great experience all around!

While discussing options on the phone. The agent on the phone was about to end the conversation let's not waste your time or mine. So I agreed and hung up. That was that. Would. Ot recommend.

Kudos SafeStreets-ADT Authorized Provider for their excellent customer service and great friendly attitude all around. Always helps when the people that you are working with are upbeat and productive. Our system is working perfectly and finally bringing us up-to-date as to the latest technology to protect our home.

I sent a request quote to Safe Streets and my phone was ringing within 1 minute. Impressed with the quick responsiveness. They are partnered with ADT which made our choice to get our alarm system through them a no brainer.

I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. This was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!!

Superb experience! We have gone through ADT in the past, but this was our first go around with the SafeStreets Authorized Dealer Team. Felt like the standard package with the extra camera add on and the VISA gift card add on was a phenomenal promotion. They earned our business!

The agents with Safe Streets USA were thorough with their explanations of our alarm options. They didn’t rush us through the process and were friendly. Gladly will use them if there is a new house in our future that needs protected.

He took the time to explain the differences between how the old systems work and how the new systems work. He was patient with us, and we are happy customers.

I've used SafeStreets-ADT Authorized Provider for a home burglar-smoke alarm system on my primary residence and also for our condo is the Palm Springs area. Lonnie is great. He knows their products to a T and offers a competitive pricing. I'd recommend SafeStreets for anyone in the market for an upgrade on their alarm system and for alarm service.

Pleasure to work with ADT Authorized Provider for our long awaited home security project. Tried to give several mom and pop alarm companies a chance, but they did not come close to comparing to what this company put together for us. They tossed in a visa card and an extra camera, which blew us away. The other companies had very expensive packages with only minimal equipment.

I switched to Safe Streets USA over a year ago after being with the same alarm company for over 15 years, and I should have switched sooner! Top notch, highly recommend for alarms and automation.
