Great service by ADT! Integrated with Google. Officially have a smart home!

ADT was great to work with. They did a great job. The only thing was that they were a tad slow with the work, which ended up costing me more. But otherwise, they were very well-mannered, courteous and had the know-how to get the work done.

Well, we did sign up with ADT. We had them retrofit the system we had in place. Our sales rep Is gone and there’s a new person. It doesn’t have all the features our last one had, but it does the job.

ADT has exceeded my expectations! The system is reliable, the app is easy to use, and the customer service team is always helpful. I appreciate the environmental monitoring features, which go beyond just security. Knowing my home is protected 24/7 is priceless. The accuracy of ADT motion sensors is downright impressive! When they are activated, they will only alert the monitoring center if an adult is sensed in the motion detection space. So if our dog or our toddler happens to cross into the motion detection space, the alarm will not go off. If a teenager or an adult did, the detectors would trigger the alarm.

Invested in several commercial strip centers and am slowly equipping all of the individual store-fronts with adt security systems as an added benefit to each of the tenants. Really nice that they can come get the install and activation done all in one day at each strip center.

I was able to integrate my Google Nest cameras with my ADT Home Security System. This is a match made in heaven! No more wondering why the dogs are barking outside or who is cutting through the backyard. Very very pleased with the products and the benefit it brings us.

Snagged a great promotion that ADT had running recently. I only had to pay $99 for the starter equipment package. We have monitoring for 3 years. We have simple features, but for us its just what we need.

Originally thought that ADT was for stand-alone homes only, but luckily for us ADT is compatible on townhouses too. We bought our system last week and have been using it nightly ever since. Liking it a lot! Glad they can secure and monitor townhomes too?

We took a break from having a security system for awhile. We used ADT way way back in the day. A lot has changed since we were last customers. They have innovated tremendously. We have a bigger monthly budget now, so re-joined ADT. Has been nice to add this service to our household once again.

Stellar camera coverage outside. Can see our entire back yard and front yard. Works well at night too – night vision and infrared capability. Can do all of this from your phone or your computer. I love the convenience of the adt camera system!
