Being a certified contractor with HomeAdvisor for over 14 years and with over 150 great ratings and reviews speaks volumes. I run a small operation that specializes in customer service with a personal touch. I personally perform all the work with or without a helper and I am very meticulous, neat, and efficient with everything I do, which saves money in the long run. If your looking for the lowest price, I will politely say that I most likely will not be your service professional. I am competitive with my peers and I'm not the most expensive either. I offer Service call, T&M rates, and small over the phone quote jobs. On large job estimates/proposals, I CHARGE a fee (due upon arrival). My proposals are well written and broken down in great detail and will be credited back if awarded the job. I accept all major credit cards as well. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."
