From start to finish they were very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed. Once we decided to go with them they arrived on the date set up and finished before the estimated time frame. The crew was phenomenal and before they left they made sure everything was working properly and showed us what we needed to know about the system. When they left everything was all cleaned up. We would highly recommend to anyone that needs their services.

Couldn't have gone better. Just finished installing Central AC in our 1949 Dutch Colonial. Our house had no duct work as we have radiators and forced hot water heat. They put a unit in the attic, created the duct work through closets, and exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. All work was done professionally. If you are looking to have Central AC installed, do yourself a favor and go with Prestige. Their pricing was fair, work was A+, and seem like a great team. We are thrilled with our decision.

Overpriced. Unfair pricing. Joining one end of the pipe at the elbow joint with glue to cost about $200. This differs from a verbal estimate. We called the office after the work was done. The office agreed to lower the price but send the overpriced invoice. We paid the overprice invoice anyway.

I left an email on Sunday afternoon and received a call in about 20 minutes and they were at my place Monday after I got home from work. Mine was a simple fix but huge for me! I appreciated the calls to let me know where they were and what time I should expect them over. Professional and quick to identify and fix the frayed wire that shorted out.

And they were thorough in providing details of the work that will be done and explained very well why it is needed. The installation experience was also great, they arrived on time and they were prepared to complete the work. They were very careful in maintaining a clean and safe work area. They completed the work in a timely manner, and after the installation they provide a walk through to explained the work that was completed. They explained a detailed explanation of how to properly operate the unit.

The are extremely responsive calling back within an hour of my leaving them a message, gave a very competitive quote and their technician Nicky was excellent, very knowledgeable and did a really thorough job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.
