It went extraordinarily well. Jake was very professional and accommodating to our needs and he handles everything better than expected. Even when a few hiccups surfaced, he was able to navigate his way around them to get the job done. He did such an amazing job that we no longer have to search for a heating professional because we have found one in Jake. He explained fully what he was going and the minor hiccups that was in the works from the outset of the original installation that he was able to find a work around for. The price was fair the system works just as it did before but with a little more efficiency. Job, well done.....

He came in had a look around found out I needed a new furnace and gave me a fair price.then when he came back to replace the furnace he did quality work.Next time I need anything hvac related I’m going to call J&R

Jake is a very smart, capable and respectful man. He came to my house almost immediately after contacting him and assessed the issue at hand. He gave my family his honest opinion, this included multiple ways he could go about it cost wise to help the issue at hand.
