"1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."

"We had two technicians out over two days. One was for a repair, Daniel. He did a fantastic job troubleshooting and explaining throughout the repair process. As a retired VP of Services, I notice the details and process. They delivered. Louis was sent for a follow-up to service because our fan motor unit needed to be cleaned. All of this was very well documented with pictures and showing me the actual motor unit. Louis did a great job of explaining and showing me the actions and results. It was a service text book delivery of services. Really good... Plus, both technicians worked to save me money with discounts and customer loyalty savings. Fantastic... They were respectful of my property, insightful, and knowledgeable about residential electrical work.
