Very well! Rep explained what was going on and gave extended info for future reference and on how to get the best our of my heating system.

Project was done successfully. Plumber was nice. Had them scheduled on notice of inspection fee waived. After hearing back from multiple plumbers later in the day, a “minor rebuild” as my invoice reads is $200-400 more expensive than everyone else. The task was simple and short. The prices charged are consistent as if purchasing and installing a new toilet. Be wary.

Their tech came out to see why our working furnace had an error code & Broke our thermostat on a night it was 10 degrees and left us with no heat with an infant and toddler and said “OH WELL”. No resolution offered besides suggesting we stay warm by lighting a fire. Charged us 450$ to replace what they broke. Replaced our top of the line touch screen thermostat with the bottom base model. Their company has no idea what true customer service is; they avoid truly finding a solution and their customer service employees don’t know how to do anything but read off a script. They have no integrity; breaking something and replacing it with lesser value. As a customer I have a hard time trusting the original problem ($2,500$) was even diagnosed correctly and we didn’t get completely ripped off. Won’t ever use this company again and will warn everyone I know of it. BEWARE CHICAGOLAND DO NOT EVER CALL THEM.

From dialing for service call to finishing of the job, everything was so easy and smooth. They knew what to fix and the person they sent out, simply did an outstanding job 👏. Highly recommended!

New line was installed and appliance was connected. Job well done!

I had 2 a/c units and air handlers installed. The 4 servicemen that came all exceeded my expectations. They were all polite and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up very well. My units work better than anything else that I ever had!

Woof. Can not emphasize enough how terrible this company was and how much I encourage you not to use them. Came out for a routine HVAC repair: - Left MASSIVE damage to our flooring after the repair guys refused to put down blankets/shoe covers. Floor is totally ruined. - Did welding/metal cutting on our carpet which is also ruined. Left metal shards everywhere which our dog ate. They never cleaned up. The dog could have been killed (thank god she's fine). - Left trash/the box from the new HVAC unit on our neighbors roof -- which our neighbor had to pick up (embarrassing). - they installed the unit completely incorrectly and we had to have another person come and fix it. He was appalled by the terrible quality of the installation job. - After probably 5+ calls, they said we couldn't "prove" this was their guys' fault and that there was nothing they would do. I understand accidents happen but to be gaslit like that and have someone say we left scratches on our own floors and metal shards on our own rug is atrocious customer service. Don't take the risk of using this company -- if something bad DOES happen, they will take zero responsibility. All in we're looking at several grand in damage which this company caused our home. Also it could have really really injured our puppy.

Do not work with this company!!!!! If there were 0 stars they would get none. Not only did they charge me once $4,000. they charged me 2x $4000. Let's do the math! Chris Brayton is doing nothing, their customer service is doing nothing, Austin is in account nothing. They stole $4000. and are refusing to return it. We have reached out to all contacts and nothing. silence!

Sal provided notification when he was on his way at the beginning of the arrival window and when he arrived was ready to go to work. He walked me through everything and even offered me solutions for cost savings. Best service guy I have had at my home...... and I have had a ton.

Four seasons checked all our boxes. After several quotes we found their pricing to be the best. Their installers work really hard to get our a/c and furnace installed in one day even with fit concerns. A inspector came out for four seasons and fixed any small concerns they had. Great company to work with.

Definitely read the other reviews on here before choosing this company. Our non-emergency installation process was not transparent. Billy, the service provider from Four Seasons, did not disclose that he recommended replacing the existing 1/2hp Zoeller sump pump with a 1/3hp Little Giant 6EC model. The downgrade in horsepower came to light only after the installation was completed, following our inquiry about the previous pump. Originally, we received a quote of $975 for the sump pump replacement, a price we considered high given that the sump pump in question retails for $191.63 at Home Depot. Subsequently, the quote was revised to $800, translating to an installation charge of $608.37. Upon discovering the discrepancy in horsepower, we requested a like-for-like replacement with a 1/2hp pump. However, we were presented with a quote of $1400 for a Little Giant 10EC sump pump, priced at $246.54 at Home Depot, translating to an installation charge of $1,153.26. If we had been aware that the 30-minute installation fee was going to amount to $1,153.26 for a 1/2 hp sump pump, we would have definitely looked for a more affordable installer as this was not an emergency replacement.

We hired Four Seasons for a watermain replacement project on November 21, 2023, and it is still ongoing as of February 28, 2024. Communications were inconsistent and their estimator said things that conflicted with later communications from their back office. After the water main was installed, they asked us to pay ~14% more than their estimate and failed to provide any invoice or detail regarding the difference. They promised to return promptly to complete the restoration and grading work on our yard and let us know whether the city would cover our sidewalk repairs, but did not; we waited weeks then reached out to them to get it scheduled. When we reached out, they accused us of not paying our bill - we had to forward them the canceled check to prove the same. They did eventually come back and grade our yard/repair the sidewalk, but it has been over a week and there are still concrete forms and cones in our yard with no indication of if/when they may return.
