Outstanding service! Came out last week to fix a shower faucet. Yesterday it would not turn off. I left a voicemail and the owner called back firdt thing next morning. Joey came out and fixed it right away. It was not a work issue, a piece of solder fell from the wall and fell into the cartridge causing the pin not to close. If you want a straight up professional, reliable plumber that stands by their work, thus the company to use. I will definitely have them on speed dial for all my plumbing issues!!

They showed up quickly and did an excellent job. In addition, to rodding the sewer line to clean out the tree roots, they had to hydro jet the sewer line. I also had my kitchen sink and bathtub rodded. They also installed a new waste & overflow pipe for my bathtub.

He first advised to change our toilet paper. He said he hated to take our money without trying the toilet paper solution first. We appreciate his honesty in not rushing into a repair without trying this first.

Perfectly. The guys were professional, courteous, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were truly pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who, like me, lives in one of the older townhome or other residential communities built back in the 1970s. Keith knew exactly how to solve the various problems with my below grade plumbing, and they did a fantastic job. Be patient with this company. They are a family owned business and don't always answer their main phone number, but they WILL get back to you and will do great work for you. Took a while to get the work scheduled, but the wait was completely worth it. Bravo, guys.

I was called before before the work to tell me when they would arrive, which is nice. They did the work that I asked them to do, and the price was a little high I believe. I also wanted to get an estimate on performing the plumbing work for a bathroom in the basement, but the tech wanted me to remove stuff in the room so that he could make measurements prior to giving me an estimate, which I could not do at the time. That was disappointing, as I wanted a ballpark figure or a range of pricing, and he was unwilling to give me that.

Work was finished with no surprises and in expected time frame.

Project went smoothly. We received a call before Eddie and Joe arrived; pipe was replaced and the cost was exactly what was estimated. One of the easiest and nicest companies to work with. They will be helping us with plumbing for a minor bath remodel and we know we can rely on them for great service.

We had evidence in our kitchen ceiling of a water leak from an upstairs bathroom. Nick came at the agreed-upon time and after placing a tarp on the floor below the discolored ceiling, cut a small hole in the ceiling and shined his flashlight into the area. After peering into the opening, he disappeared for a few minutes, and we heard water running in the upstairs bathrooms. When he returned, he looked into the hole in the ceiling. After a short while, Nick told us the source of the problem. We were surprised to learn that the water was not coming from the guest bathroom immediately above the discolored ceiling but from the adjoining bathroom in the master bedroom. Nick left the house and returned to his truck for supplies, heading upstairs when he returned. In less than an hour he had determined the source of the leak and fixed it. We were impressed by his problem-solving skills, his efficiency, and his courteous behavior.

This is the fourth time I have used Russ's services in both my home (bathroom remodels) and place of employment. Each time, from the initial request to job completion, went smoothly and quickly. I received their name from neighbors who recommended them, and am happy to return the favor with this review. They are honest with their pricing, offer recommendations from their experiences, and care about the job they do. Pride of ownership from this family owned business is evident and consistent. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with how quickly they came out and how quickly they finished the job. I was also pleasantly surprised at how friendly and reassuring they were when they arrived.

I was required by the village into which my property was annexed, to connect to public water and sewer service. I had several estimates done by different companies. Russ's was recommended by my village because they have done good work for the village and for other residents. Even if theirs had not been the best price (however, it was the best price) I was given, I would have selected them for the respectful manner in which I was treated from start to finish. Mine was a small job for them, but a huge project for me and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Everyone, from Angie in the office, Russ, and other employees, treated my questions seriously and took time to explain answers. There were a few times leading up to the time work was done that I could only get voice mail for a couple days, but when we got right up to the starting date, return contacts were prompt. My request to have work rescheduled for several weeks so that a robin nesting would not be disturbed was honored without ridicule. I have dogs that were no doubt in the way at times, but no one complained. What could have been a disaster of a project was completed within a few days, inspections were passed and no issues have arisen. Russ knew exactly what needed to be done, how to do it, and how to explain it to me. This is the most costly project I have had done on my house and everything went very well. I will use Russ's for any future plumbing work, large or small.

They did an incredible job in very little time, and the cost was good for all the work they did. I had something else that was wrong outside, and he took a quicky look at it, repaired it, and didn't charge me for it.

Plumber was running late but he called us to let us know and made sure we'd still be available for the service call. He arrived and quickly figured out the problem, explained our options, and ran out right away to pick up a new faucet to install. He was quick and very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Joey at All Plumbing and Sewer is fantastic! This is the fourth time we have used All Plumbing and every experience has been great. We had a toilet leak from a 2nd floor bathroom and the ceiling collapsed on the first floor. Joey came out immediately and helped figure out what happened and then he fixed the problem. Always a pleasant experience-quick response, excellent quality and fair price. We highly recommend All Plumbing and Sewer.

The folks who rent my home said all went well and Joey was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were relieved the problem was corrected-they described water shooting out sideways when they tried to turn on the hose. I trust Joey at All Plumbing to perform work when I can't be present and to give me an honest price. Having to get down in the crawl space is worth $$$$$. Having that issue resolved is a relief.

I was referred to All Plumbing from both a plumber in a different town and also a friend who uses them for his business. I have had them out several times to rod my floor drain. While their rodding charge is more expensive than others, it is less than Roto-Rooter and they do have a 90 days guarantee. I am actually having them bust up my floor as we finally believe we have found the source of the floor drain problem. They didn't pressure me into doing any work and the costs seems to be fair.

Wonderful experience. All Plumbing able to fit me in in a 2-day notice. Had to take the day off for another vendor and they got me in on short notice. "Little Joey," showed up on time and got right to work. I initially thought the original owners of the townhome had safety blocks on the bathtub faucets to prevent scalding, however, both the cartridges were out (In the bathtub faucets. Another plumber who advertises often on a popular radio show in Chicago once charged me 150.00 to replace a cartridge in my previous home. All Plumbing was 50.00 PER cartridge. Joey showed me how to tell the cartridge was out and how to prevent this from happening in the future. This townhome had been dormant for 1.5 years and they malfunctioned from lack of use...so he said to make sure to run the water at least once a week. My roman tub hot water lever was about 1 inch too tall and kept falling off-was concerned I'd end up chipping the tub-and it looked unsightly. There was a fitting/plastic ring that didn't even belong on the lever, and the pin/screw had fallen into the piece. Joey explained what was wrong with it - and miffed as how it had gotten that way. He fixed it! Joey was professional and friendly-explained everything and the price was way below what I had expected. I put this off because I was concerned about the expense. Joey has been doing plumbing for my father at his home and business for 20 years- wished I'd called them at my previous home.

I had had another plumbing company out the day before and they rodded outside from the cleanout. They said the clog was not outside and that the pipe most likely had a "soft blockage" that would need to be taken care of inside the house. But they did not want to perform the inside rodding and instead wanted me to do some hyrdo jetting process for $650. After spending $200 for the rodding they did do, I was still left with the clog and not able to use my plumbing. That evening, I read more reviews on Angie's List and did some research about hydro jetting online. The next morning, I called All Plumbing to come out to rod the drain. Joe and Mark came out within a few hours, rodded the drain from inside the house and fixed the problem. Joe was really helpful to me in terms of answering questions and deciding what was worth the expense (rodding every other year) and what wasn't (hydro jetting) for my particular situation. I feel fortunate to have found a local plumber who is trustworthy and dependable. The work was done promptly and for a fair price. I'll be working with them in the future.

Our main sewer line backed up into laundry room on Christmas Day. I called All Plumbing & Sewer and my call was returned promptly even though it was Christmas. Joe and his helper were at my house first thing the next morning and worked for at least 90 minutes to clear the line. They were successful and I've had no sewer problems since.

10/21/2013 - Knowledgeable; efficient; excellent work; conscientious; punctual.

All Plumbing of Lombard, IL, gave me a very low price initially to replace my overhead sewer line. I asked them to put the price in writing. And they did not respond. I followed up on the phone, and said they could email me a written quote. They said they would, but never responded. I did not use the company because of their failure to put their price in writing.

They were very professional. They came out within an hour. They were very polite and prompt. It is hard to grade them on the job they did since my sewer has had to be routed several times.

The guy showed up and showed us how to view the sewer line from our yard. He offered a lot of good information and helped us determine the sewer line was fine. He did suggest we consider doing a sewer rodding within the next year for maintenance purposes since it hasn't been done in 13 years. We were so thankful for his help. We will definitely be calling All Plumbing and Sewer for any future plumbing service.

These guys are the best. I wouldn't use any other service. They're professional, efficient, and do a very thorough job.. No attempt to upsell services or upgrades you don't need like other services try to do these days. Completely trustworthy and at a reasonable price.
