Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty .

Fine. I was battling a sewer back up. A-1 Patrick's Sewer & Pipe came out as soon as possible, on a Sunday. Problem was quickly solved.

We have been using Patrick's services since 2016 in our properties as well a relative's property. He has fixed things like unclogging a drain to major sewer repairs. Patrick is always available when we call and his prices are reasonable. He is very reliable and trustworthy, has the best prices compare to other plumbers and has diagnosed problems other plumbers have missed. I cannot say enough about this company. Definitely recommend and will continue using as well.

He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, since he found out what needed doing. He reduced the price some because he promised the day before and couldn't make it. I really appreciated that gesture of good will.

Was to come on Wednesday 10/16/19 between 11-1pm to see and give an estimate for job. Never came and never called to explain. I have since hired another plumber who has started the work.

My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done.

Patrick is great. Explanations and communication, work and price was great. Planning on using him again. Polite and professional. HIghly recommend!

I first discussed this job with Patrick in October 2018 as they were out to remedy an issue with my old catch basin and I wanted to budget for the basin. I got an estimate and called in February 2019 to schedule to get the work done. Patrick was responsive to the request to schedule the work. They got all the materials upfront and I paid half at the start and the balance after the completion. It took two days to complete the job. They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. This is the second job that Patrick worked on at my rental and I am happy with the work and cost. Also he looked at a slow draining sink for us. Patrick is very knowledgeable and reliable.

It went great! Patrick came out on a Saturday to see what was causing my line to back up. He used his camera to find mud in a section of my pipe indicating some type of crack or break. Gave me my options for fixing it. He started his repair two days later on Monday and finished up today, Wednesday. They dug roughly, a 4ft by 3ft hole to get down to the pipe and ended up digging two more feet towards the basement to ensure that they connected the new pipe to a solid piece of the existing pipe. Very competitive pricing, I called two other plumbers who were both higher priced by at least 2K and didn't offer as good of a warranty on their work. Very knowledgeable, able to help me understand how my whole sewer system works. Very professional, got the permit with the city, busted the work out, got the job inspected by the city and Closed up the hole. Patrick and his crew were also able to remove a piece of cable that someone previously broke and left in the pipe ( from that machine that rods your line). I highly recommend Patrick and his crew. The peace of mind is priceless! Thank you!

The guys were on time, professional and knew exactly what to do and told me what was causing the leak in the first place, they replaced the part of the pipe that was leaking with a new one. Will definitely keep them on speed dial for any future plumbing problems that may arise.

Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!
