"I had an absolutely horrible experience with Alliance Repair. The technician assigned to my service was Farhan Rahman, and I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior. From the start, Farhan showed a complete lack of knowledge about the issue I needed help with. Not only was he late, but when he finally arrived, he was dismissive, rude, and seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Instead of offering solutions, Farhan acted as if my concerns were an inconvenience. His attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for someone in a service-based profession. The job was poorly done, and I’m now dealing with more issues than I had before. This company and their technician, Farhan Rahman, have earned my complete lack of trust. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Alliance Repair. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Terrible service from start to finish!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Stay FAR away from this man! He is a thief!!!! Initially I reached out because my freezer went out and he had pretty good reviews. He was responsive up until he got all of our money. He came out once and the issue was not resolved. It was like pulling teeth to get him to come back out. He eventually did after canceling on us twice and lo and behold the issue still persisted. He never fixed the issue. I followed up with him again to see when he would come out for a third time. This man is completely ignoring me. The lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding. I have no desire to do any further business with this man so I asked for a full refund. We paid $300 to have our freezer fixed and this man stole our money and never fixed the issue and continues to ignore me. I asked him to refund us all of our money and he blocked me! Now Im going to have to take him to court because hes a piece of crap. He will steal your money then block you and these screenshots are proof!!"
