And then on Tuesday, November 25, Walter showed up to do my demolition and new install. From a financial standpoint, the payment structure was transparent, with a clear breakdown of what percentage was due and when, based on project milestones. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. Prior to the basement project, we had already taken on a few other home improvements, including painting the interior and closing off a wall to add closet space. We hired another company for that work, but in hindsight, I wish we had discovered American Home Remodeling sooner to handle those projects as well. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with American Home Remodeling. Their professionalism, organization, and expertise made this project stress-free, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
