After two recent tub to shower installations, one more disastrous than the other, performed by one of the nationwide, huge home improvement companies, I perused Angi, subsequently contacting 2 of their recommended entities. With an admittedly healthy dose of skepticism, I contracted with Mad City to correct the mistakes of the preceding company, and satisfy our needs. Mad City demonstrates those rarest qualities of all among home improvement companies. They actually provide high quality materials, professional service, and attention to detail, maintaining a customer-centric focus. I had my new bath installed last week. The work was done in one day. I don't know how they did it. The shower looks great and works well. I wish I could put pictures on this to show the difference. I had 4 dealers come in to give me an estimate. The cost ranged from $17000.00 to $20000.00. I researched Mad City, and they had the best warranty

I was very disappointed to pay $17,000 for just a shower remodel. I thought the stone would be real for that price...it is plastic. We were deep into the construction when this was revealed.

For a recent home renovation project, I worked with Mad City Windows & Baths, and I had an excellent experience. Throughout the process, the team communicated clearly and with professionalism and courtesy. They made sure the project was finished on schedule by being on time and working effectively. They paid close attention to detail and used materials and craftsmanship of the highest caliber. The installers left the area neat and orderly, showing respect for my house. All in all, the experience and service were excellent, and I heartily endorse Mad City Windows & Baths for any requirements pertaining to house

The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower.

Aweful experience..I should have ran when I had the chance. It started when they signed my contract. The guy was supposed to email it to me but signed it himself. They told me the job would take 2 days and it took 5 hours. When I had my final walk through he said this is the easiest money he can makeâ ¦he was not lying it cost me 13k for 5 hours. Thanks for ripping me off. Would not recommend

Did an awesome job restoring a small bath after a bad water leak. Installed new flooring, shower, sink, toilet and drywall. Very courteous and knowledgeable their whole crew.
