The installation was done in a day and the crew was very professional. Highly recommend their shower as they transformed our pre fabricated shower that didn’t fit the space and custom fit a new shower to our space.

From start to finish we could not have had a better experience. Everyone involved was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

On February 14th Carey and Tim were here to install our new shower. They did a great job from start to finish and made sure we were in on the few decisions that had to be made for where the safety bars were put for entry into the shower and placement of shelves. After the installation was complete Carey went over all the details of how to take care of the cleaning of the shower and answered all our questions. Tim took care of the clean up so no dirt or anything else was left behind. I think they did an excellent job! The shower looks great and matches the color of our sink and toilet. I would recommend Mad City Windows & Bath of Madison to anyone wanting to put in a new shower. Also, our shower was completed in one day. I did not mention Matt who sold us the shower also did a wonderful job of helping to get the best shower for us at a price we could afford. We were so happy to have John and his crew come out and install new windows throughout our entire home. Our scheduled installation came just after about 7" of snow and cold weather, but they came with a good attitude and got the job done in just one day. We are happy with the work that they did and be sure to ask about their warranty. Their warranty is what tipped the scale for us in the decision we made.

Mad City was our first and only choice regarding our bathroom remodel. We went from ordinary tub/ shower situation to a beautiful walk in shower installed by Mad City! The window installers did great. They had work through a few unexpected things that always seem to come up when renovating. They actually knocked the job off a little quicker than expected. There was no mess or issues upon completion. Job No.: 864206

Our kitchen is beautiful. Dalton and Harold did a great job, kept us informed of the tasks to get done that day and cleaned up daily.

Reasonable price, quality materials, and easy and quick installation. I want to add that we get pin hole leaks with the copper piping we had. When the shower was demolished, we realized we were able to access all of the copper plumbing on our top floor. Mad City worked with and allowed us to pause so we could swap for PEX, then came back the next day and finished the job quickly. I want to call out Jake too, our installer, who was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

Beautiful finish to the bath / shower! incredibly polite and informative - Mad City was great to deal with in getting our bathroom finished. Fast and clean - can't even tell they had to move the demo out and new in through the house.

he Mad City representative who came to our house to bid our tub to shower conversions was very personable and did not pressure us. He explained everything thoroughly. The install went very smoothly- the installers were courteous, communicated with us all along the way and we love our new showers. They still look brand new 4 months in and are very easy to clean and take care of.

Tub/shower remodel. All done in 1 day. No mess and looks wonderful! This is the way a remodel should be done! Great customer service. In the blink of an eye we had a new tub/shower combo!

The salesman was very knowledgeable. The product is excellent. The cost is very high however I believe it is due to the amount of warranty on the shower. All covered for lifetime. The project manager, Jorge was very helpful and he and his crew spotted a potential problem before it happened, diverting a crisis. We had a great experience with Mad City Windows & Baths. They replaced our old bath/shower with a new shower unit. Looks great! Only took a day for the install too. Can't beat that! in and out in a day. Professional and personable installers. Terrific experience.
