Mad City Windows & Baths

This week Mad City Windows and Bath installed a walk-in shower in our home. They arrived at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 pm. They were courteous and unobtrusive, professional but friendly. They cleaned all mess up before they left. We had never worked with them before, were very pleased. Tom and Mary V, job #10789086

End result is wonderful! We love our new windows and patio door. There were some hiccups along the way but things were handled and ended up well.

Mad City replaced a shower in one bathroom and a tub/shower in another. Outstanding work. Professional and personable people.

It went great! In just a day, the old useless bathtub was out. They arrived around 9:00 a.m., and by 6:00 pm, our beautiful new bathtub was ready to be used. I really recommend them.

Mad City Windows installed a new shower for us in our second bathroom on 7/31/2024. They were excellent from start to finish. The best part is how fast they complete the job (in and out in less than 2 days), and they warranty. I would recommend.

The installer did a very good job, and it looks really nice. BUT at the time of ordering the walk in shower, I had said that I needed more than 2 shelves, and was told that it was possible to put in more. Well the contract got written for 2, and so while we were zooming through all the paperwork, I signed it for only 2 shelves. So, after installation, I called the phone number given to me, and got a guy on the production side, who said he had to follow the contract. Although, he said I could purchase the shelves for $50 Each. I explained that I am retired and on limited income and could not afford the extra $100 for the shelves. Getting nowhere with this guy, so we hung up, very angry. So onto the next probem, I had also told him that my shower curtain was laying on the floor, and it is a 70" shower curtain. He explained that by the time you add the curtain rings it makes it longer. He offered a $50 certificate to me to get a shorter shower curtain---wonder where I can find shorter shower curtain? I have only seen 70" curtains. Well anyway, No Certificate, NO Shelves. Buyer beware while signing their contracts. They will shove them in front of you fast.

From the beginning of the process to the final product we could not have been more pleased and impressed. At our initial meeting, all of the possibilities were clearly explained and all questions were answered. The installation was completed in less than 2 days. The single installer paid great attention to details and allowed us to observe the progress. Superviors showed up multiple times to monitor the installation. The installer may have left the bathroom cllearner than when he started! The shower looks and functions as well as we hoped it would. This is a solid 5-star rating.

Bath tub conversion to walk-in shower. The initial presentation went well, representative was knowledgeable about the company’s products and services. The rep who came to measure was prompt and efficient, and answered all questions thoroughly. Adam and Mary, the installation team, were professional and courteous. They answered all questions completely, knew their product and answered all questions regarding care of the unit. They cleaned up the workspace very well. We are very satisfied with the work that they completed. We are looking forward to using our new shower!

The Salesman was so nice and helpful sharing all the available products and explaining that the Tubs and surround are actually made after our order. Then getting us scheduled for the team to come in and install. The Installers were great they did a Wonderful Job

My windows are wonderful, The team from Mad City did a amazing job, they were very clean and made sure I understood how the windows worked for cleaning or being able to have them open from the top, they are well worth the money. Would hire again.

Larry from MadCity came out to remove my old tub and install a new shower. The job was done quickly and efficiently and looks just as I expected. He answered all my questions and provided info about the warranty and who to call ifs I had any questions. I would highly recommend MadCity. Len P.

Excellent customer service! Approximately two months after installation, I found two small tears in the shower liner. I had expected for the service team to send someone to “patch” the problem, but they went way beyond my expectations and replaced the entire wall within 1 day! I really appreciate them standing by their product. Their product will not be the cheapest, but after working with their support team, I am confident about my decision to use Mad City for my shower replacement.

The whole process was so easy. All our questions were answered and customer service was great. The work was done quickly and well. The workers were friendly and polite. We are very pleased with the quality.
