This was an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We are thrilled with the transformation that TopBros preformed in our home! The project allowed us redesign our kitchen and master bath into spaces to be thrilled to show off and enjoy! The entire house looks amazing. The communication was very good. TopBros will keep you informed on the schedule through out the job and THEY FINISHED ON SCHEDULED. We are VERY pleased with the work TopBros did for us and are recommending to family and friends. Easy process from start to finish. They are a family business and they did an amazing job. There were multiple problems because it is an old house but all were resolved. Our master bathroom looks beautiful and all credit goes to Top Brothers, you cannot find a better construction team. We would work with them again and recommend them for any kind of project.

Cesar and his team did a great job! The new cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting and wall look great! They accommodated an accelerated need schedule due to a new addition (baby coming) and are super easy to work with!

We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall.

This is a great team. Cesar was quick to come by and provide a quote and the team was able to start within the week. They arrived on time and were very respectful of keeping the rest of the house clean. And they do great work, made many recommendations for the space that turned out perfect. I will be using them again.

We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. The project turned out great. Cesar and the crew did a fantastic job. The did the whole house. If I ever need any work done I will have them do it for sure. They are trusting and show up when they say they will be there.

The workers were quick and efficient and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the finished results. Workers were always on time and carefull not to damage any of the appliances that had to be removed.

Top Bros completely gutted and remodeled the two outdated bathrooms in our condo. The building is over 100 years old, so there were some challenges with plumbing, framing, and leveling, but Top Bros didn't shy away from any of them. They tackled each challenge head on and transformed our bathrooms, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They were friendly, easy to work with and the final products turned out amazing. I would highly recommend working with them.

Ceaser and his brother were amazing! Another flooring vendor dropped the ball, and they were able to step in and get the job done in just three days - quote, sample and installation. They were very professional, responsive and kept us updated on the progress and status of the job. They jumped through hoops to make this happen for my parents, and we all couldn't be happier. Ceaser even went out of his way to my parents' current home to personally thank them. He even climbed up on the tractor to shake my dad's hand when the job was complete. Even though they are in northern Illinois, I know I will be recommending them to anyone who has a remodeling or flooring job. Thank you!

Top Bros Construction was a clear choice for our construction project. We needed to find a crew to replace our floors with hardwood and update the bathroom. Too many of the guys we talked to only did floors which would leave us with other projects to coordinate including baseboards and the bathroom. Cesar, family and crew did it all. Not only did they do it all, but they took pride in their work and craftsmanship and the end product shows. Not only are we happy with the result, but they minimized the disruption we experienced in the process. Cesar let us know well in advance when we should be out of the house, and what to expect and when. When his team encountered the inevitable snag, like the refrigerator no longer fitting, they came up with creative options, explained them clearly and let us decide what was best for us. This allowed the project to move forward on time and on budget. There was some confusion about the final invoice, and Cesar was receptive, empathetic, and flexible to make sure we were all happy. We’ll be reaching out the Top Bros construction again.
