Hi, I am Kelli Cruz, the owner and CEO of Cascade Fire Solutions in Puyallup, WA. I have been in the hearth industry since 2006. Cascade Fire Solutions is licensed, bonded and insured. We service most makes and models of fireplace- gas or wood burning. We no longer service pellet stoves and inserts unless the unit is one that was purchased from us. Our specialty is fireplace remodels. As you can see from our portfolio we take the project from start to finish. Every stone was cut accurately and precisely to fit perfectly and beautifully. Clean up was done as they went along. "Not spending too much time on this John was supposed to try fix my 81yr old uncles pellet stove gave us a used one for 600$ for temp, but couldn't use it cus it smoked got some one else to fix smoke pellet stove ran less than 48hrs then started making crazy noise and won't ignite pellets, I keep calling never get a response from John and his mom just "doesn't know" am really unhappy "

"Kevin did an amazing job, responded right away & accommodated my schedule.He built a wall, creating an office space.He made sure I am aware of all the steps & took pics of the frame and insulation before drywall was installed. He moved the thermostat and installed 2 outlets on the new wall. He painted the new room, living room, hallways and 1 bedroom. The paint underneath was dark blue, so he made sure to apply enough coats to cover it perfectly. He removed an iron chimney and covered the ceiling, also bringing the floor under the chimney to the same level as the rest of the living room and covered with hardwood. He installed a fan on my vaulted ceiling in an angle and a new light in the office space and left the house clean of all debris. I am beyond impressed by the quality of work and professionalism he showed from start to finish and I will definitely hire him again.He is reliable, accommodating, respectful & hard working.Hire Kevin without a doubt.You won't regret it."
