I am renovating a 43yo fireplace. It needed chimney repair, electrical work, a new enclosed clean-burning unit, and stone wrapped over brick. Kelli worked with me on where to find quality materials and answered all my questions, as burning efficiency and technology has changed so much over the years. She paved the way for me to choose products that would not only last, but look beautiful with the system I chose. Cody and Mike managed this project in 3 days. Every stone was cut accurately and precisely to fit perfectly and beautifully. Clean up was done as they went along. They kept me informed of scheduling and timing of each section which allowed me to plan as well. I could not be more pleased with the work, the company, and the final project. Itâ  s stunning!

The project was overall satisfactory, clean up was not the greatest. The end product is good though finally got my gas fireplace done, though a plug in was not long enough, I can live with it.

Kelli and Daryle ensured a pleasant experience during the quote & estimate phase. Once we decided to go with Cascade, Nathan and the team arrived on time, was very respectful, and kept the workspace extremely clean. An issue discovered after the wall was opened up was quickly addressed and an updated invoice to reflect the changes arrived in a timely manner. The new unit is a vast improvement over the previous 1990s era "builder-grade" unit, and I highly recommend them! A thoroughly pleasant experience, and I know who we're going to with any future fireplace projects.

Really knowledgeable about fireplaces. He came, decided what replacement parts were needed and said he would be back when the parts arrived and finish the repair.

Very professional, estimator went into details per step for fireplace replacement and cost. Communication was spot on. Price was competitive.

The person who came out to give us a quote was incredibly unprofessional. Showed up an hour later than the time frame given, immediately stepped out of his car and smoked a cigarette in our driveway, was condescending to us about cost as if we could not afford the project, then woke up our one year old and laughed about it on the way out.

We had a chimney flue installed that covered the entire opening. It is stainless steel and is warranted for life. Looks wonderful and they did a wonderful job of installation. We had a slight delay because we changed what we wanted done from chimney caps to the flue cover and then once the installation was scheduled they had covid hit their business and they had to close for a brief quarantine period. Ashley in the office kept us informed every step of the way and was very efficient and nice to deal with. If we ever have any other fireplace issues or needs we will contact them first to see if they can handle it.

Everyone at Cascade Fire Solutions have been exceptional. They came, reviewed the issue, advised me on the cost to replace or repair- I chose to repair and scheduled the repair. The tech who did the actual work was awesome the fireplace works like it did when it was new and he cleaned up the surround and fake logs so everything is bright and new looking. Fireplace works great now.

Very passionate about their work. Had a free-standing fire/stove Natalie’s and updated to gas. It fits the room perfect and puts out big heat! Great service and even came back out a year later for no charge to help answer a question and check out the new fireplace.

Their techs were great...they replaced and repaired what needed to be completed and cleanup was spotless...the fireplace looks bran new...a little $$, but not unreasonable when compared to other shops, if you need work done on your fireplace they are the ones to call.

Great company. The sales rep came out, was extremely knowledgeable and even taught me a few things about fireplaces ( my last wood burning stove was from the 1970's ) Boy have things changed. They are SUPER efficient, and really heat your space nicely. couldn't recommend this company more.

They repaired our gas fireplace and responded quickly. Exceeded the time line we had expected. Their technicians were well trained and quickly evaluated the problem and repaired and replaced components. The fireplace works like new. Kelli, was very easy to work with and would highlyrecommend them.

It was extremely hard to get in contact with anyone after the initial connection. I had to call back repeatedly for updates on the status and schedule of parts and work; typically leaving at least one voicemail and following up again after no one called me back. I had a follow up issue after the initial repair that they came back to review and adjust. It occurred again and I was unable to get anyone to call me back to get the problem fixed and had to call another company. The person that did the original actual repair was professional and did a good job. But all other dealings with the company were extremely difficult.

Saved me money and time. Very honest. Now I'm warm and safe. Very professional service.
