Legacy painters had full access for two months. We've never had a break in. I work for a large high end tool manufacturer. A week ago my company vehicle was broken into and all tools in truck and in my storage space were stolen. My vehicle only was targeted. The thieves knew exactly where to go. There was no sign of forced entry. And police acknowledged it was obvious who stole them. These workers ate lunch and were in our garage daily and could see my vehicle and tools. "They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. I will hire them again."
