Amado and his entire crew were a delight to work with as they redesigned our backyard from the ground up. Amado is incredibly knowledgeable about every detail that goes into getting your landscaping project to be exactly what you were hoping for, if not better than you'd pictured. We had a general sketch of what we wanted and he was able to tell us what was possible, what wasn't going to work and why, and how to improve things both to be more aesthetically pleasing and to reduce costs where possible. His crew were unfailingly polite and professional and, of course, very good at getting everything executed! We will definitely be repeat customers, once we figure out what we want done with the front yard!

Amado and his team of very capable and highly skilled folks did an awesome job transforming my backyard into a living area that we look forward to each day. We did an interior and exterior remodel of our home and our experience was quite a contrast. While we had terrible experience with our interior contractor (PM me if you need more about it) and i was quite skeptical about engaging any other contractors, Amado came across as pleasant - always transparent with the recommendations on design and the pricing and more importantly a stickler to the commitment on the quality of the workmanship and the deadlines. Team is also prompt in addressing minor cracks and settling on concrete to fix them during the warranty period in a timely manner. I would highly vouch for him and his crew.

The work was performed skillfully and it now it is not possible to know there was previous damage.

Amado and his team did an excellent job bringing the ideas we had to life. They created a contemporary space in front of our office building with beautiful pavers, concrete benches, a pondless fountain with basalt columns, an irrigation system, lighting, and landscaping. We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas.

He did a great job. His work is so good I sometimes felt he overdid himself. They cleaned up really nice and it looks great.

It went really well. They were very organized and the staff was very friendly and hardworking. They exceeded our expectations.

They were overall pleasant at first, several of our other neighbors had been using the company so it seemed efficient for them and us to use their service for our yard. However, once they started I noticed a few plants I had purchased and planted myself going missing. Starting with a yellow begonia and graduating to one of my prize baby rose bushes. Yes, they got that bold and idiotic and I let it go that far. Overall, five plants went missing before I caught them with the fifth using photo evidence. I am now in the process of updating my neighbors and confirming my suspicions. Literally, the day of or the next day of my services I noticed my plants missing. When it was my rose bush that I had happened to photograph a few days prior because I loved it so much, I had had enough and finally proof. Losing plants I love and take constant care of is not worth any level of service, let alone a mediocre company.
