Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies.

Bryan came out to my house, reviewed the project and provided a bid. I accepted and was told someone would come out August 6th to fix the fence. No one showed up and no phone call, message, or email stating there was an issue. After making numerous calls and sending emails, and texts, I have yet to receive any response. Maybe they do good work if they show up, but the unprofessionalism demonstrated in this case leads me to Not recommend contacting these folks. It can't get anymore frustrating.

It went really well. They were really hardworkers and they tried to satisfy their customers.

It was great, the service was amazing. Brian is a good guy, provided all the information that I needed, and told me let him know if there's any question that I have. I'll recommend him highly to a lot of people.
