Ed from PHI came over and verified that it wasn't just the exterior trim, but that the door frame was bad. He suggested options and pointed out different price points that we could use in selecting the replacement. Once the door arrive, the install was quick and very nicely done. No damage to the property, no mess left behind; just a good install. Even little things, like a smooth caulk line at the door seam were done well. I would definitely use them again in the future. "From the estimate to the installation Paul and his crew were awesome. My wife and I were very nervous about the preparation we had to perform, curtains down, furniture moved etc. We also expected some drywall and paint damage. We're both older so this was a huge albatross and as such we kept putting it off. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done so I asked Brian Henry if he could come out to review my furniture moving plan to assure we gave them the required space. He came out and was extremely professional, helpful and put us completely at ease. Several weeks later Brad and James were out to install the windows and three days later were done with absolutely zero damage to drywall or paint. And in fact since the bay windows were primed they didn't even need painting although we'll do it anyway. To top it off, they even protected our landscape in front of our widows and all plants survived. Brad and James were polite and meticulous with the installation. They covered everything up inside our house and put down extra thick tarps. They were punctual in starting each day and finishing. They patiently answered all our questions addressing our concerns. And they were complete in 3 days as we were told. Once they were gone, you couldn’t tell they’d even been here. In fact, I looked around and commented to my wife that we’d never spent so much money on something we couldn’t even see. To be clear the windows looked almost identical to those that were removed except for these being brand new. I do expect our electric bill will be reduced and I suspect they will be a good selling point when we move. Finally, the cost was very fair, I had reached out to two other firms and both were substantially higher. The original windows had also been installed by Paul Henry so I was very comfortable even though his costs was lower. Bottom line, we highly recommend Paul Henry Windows."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "USA Inslulation reinsulated attic crawl spaces and knee walls. Estimator came out and was very knowledgable and recommended appropriate insulation for the job. He arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, and provided other energy savings tips. Work included removing old insluation that had fallen down, air sealing, insulaltion baffles, blown in fiberglass and fiberglass batts on the knee walls. The insulation technicians were knowledgeable and conciencious and worked efficietly to complete the job. They put paper tape measures in the blown in section which indicates the depth. The area was cleaned up nicely when done. Office staff was friendly and returned my call with additional information when they said they would. Overall summary - a good value, a job well done, and good people to work with."
