We were getting ready to put our home on the market and decided to replace an exterior double door. The frame had bad spots. Ed from PHI came over and verified that it wasn't just the exterior trim, but that the door frame was bad. He suggested options and pointed out different price points that we could use in selecting the replacement. Once the door arrive, the install was quick and very nicely done. No damage to the property, no mess left behind; just a good install. Even little things, like a smooth caulk line at the door seam were done well. I would definitely use them again in the future. Give them a try!

The staff of this company is very professional, and the management is very responsible. Even after more than a year of the completion of the new roof they came to inspect the roof because the tenant complained leak on the ceiling. The checkup of the leak was free of charge. The result was the new roof is perfect which made us so happy.

The work is absolutely supreme! Up most , courteous & family friendly, great all around guys. Go out of their way to fix other little problems I had around the house. Will be using Ed & Matt for a porch & Hot tub patio install. Then the BBQ's begin!

Great. Ed is super professional and very accommodating. He never missed an appointment and always kept me up to date on the schedule. He went above and beyond to assist me with satisfying my insurance company and mortgage company. He really knows what he’s doing and is very educated on the ins and out of what he does. Because they’re a smaller company, they pay attention to detail and make sure you are satisfied. Prices are definitely fair and Ed is an honest guy, which you can’t put a price on. I would highly recommend using this company.

Phenomenal experience and exceptional service

I very highly recommend Performance Home Improvement to all my friends and neighbors. I trust them to be courteous, professional, considerate, and to provide a very fair price. This is the second time Performance Home Improvement has done work at our home. As I said in my first review, after Performance Home Improvement replaced our entire roof, dealing with Ed Brown at Performance is like having a relative in the roofing business. This work this time was installing gutter guards. The price from Performance Home Improvement was around 1/5 of a previous estimate we had gotten from one of those outfits with a booth at the mall. Ed and his crew cleaned the gutters out first, and although the gutters were full to the top due to the last heavy storm (micro-burst), they left the house and yard looking spotless. I researched the product they used (Bulldog Gutter Guards) and feel that they are an excellent. We’ve had one heavy rain since installation, and they worked perfectly — no overflow.

PHI was amazing. I could not be happier with the quality of the work, the care with which my home was treated and the personal service we received. Mr. Brown did a wonderful job repairing storm damage to my roof and siding. Additionally, I contracted him for gutters and the porch and stair railings. The work was very honestly priced, and he worked so well with my insurance company on the siding and roof. Ed Brown is very knowledgeable and experienced. His crews are top notch, professional, friendly and very hardworking. This experience is the best I have ever had with a contractor. Ed is kind and honest and goes out of his way to help others. A quality rarely seen these days. My pets are even fans of Mr. Brown, and that speaks volumes about his character. The roof is of the highest quality and the siding is absolutely wonderful, sturdy and beautiful. The gutters are amazing, they are channelled so the water actually goes where we wanted it to go. The gutter covers are very sturdy, and I am so excited to not have to clean them out ever again! My highest recommendation is given to Mr. Brown and his team. Thanks PHI, I could not be any happier! PHI is my new go to for all our home maintenance and repair needs; thanks to the hardworking and friendly team at PHI, our home is beautiful.

We recently had our roof replaced and new gutters installed by Performance Home Improvement. I have to say that I am incredibly pleased with the work performed by Ed Brown and his company. Ed is highly attentive to his customers. As a homeowner, this is one of our first "BIG" purchases. We were very nervous about the process, and frustrated already because we had several roofing companies no show or not even return our phone calls. Performance Home Improvement, was very quick to come out and provide an estimate at a fair price. Ed has a very friendly personality and immediately put us at ease with his demeanor, attentiveness and patience. All of his employees that performed the work were great! They did a great job performing the work and the clean-up was very thorough. I am so happy that we decided to go with Performance Home Improvement, it was the right decision! I am also very happy that they do other work besides Roofing, in case we may need them for anything else in the future! They are excellent!

When I called the company, I was greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic voice. She asked all the right questions concerning my roofing problem so when her husband came to my house to give me a true assessment and cost he would have the necessary tools/resources immediately available to make the repair without having to schedule another appointment, if practical. A date and time was set for him to look at my issue. He came exactly as promised. He was well versed in his knowledge of roofing repair and insulation. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Although the work was unable to be done immediately, he advised in writing of what work was to be done, gave me what I considered a fair price (my home is two stories with a very steep pitch) and a time when he could get to my job. I accepted the terms and he honored all his commitments. Had a huge rain-wind storm shortly after repair was completed and no leak. I am completely satisfied.

Performance and Ed Brown were the absolute best. They met every expectation I had and always followed up. His companies attention to detail and Ed’s knowledge of dealing with insurance claims was invaluable. I highly recommend them and have already done so numerous times. Excellent! At first we thought we would have to wait, which would have been after a rain that could potentially leak into the house. They came to do an estimate and ended up fixing it on the spot at the same cost another company was going to charge just to lay a tarp on it for us. They were very responsive from the start, and we were very pleased with that as well as the service and quality to the point that we recommended them to our community page on Facebook and referred them directly to neighbors and friends!

Performance Home Improvement (PHI) was the best. We had hail damage got the insurance evaluation, called PHI very competitive estimate! Started work immediately what we thought was gonna take three or four days took only two days! They were quick, professional, and through. This was roofing and skylight replacement, and gutters w/gutter guards, I will call PHI again, highly recommended!!

It went fantastic. This company does great work and has great customer service. From the very beginning Ed answered all my questions and set up a free estimate. He coordinated with my tenants which was extremely helpful. The price was great and he gave me additional options for improved shingles. He never rushed me when I had my questions and accommodated my last second change. Finally, he took detailed photos which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this company!

Working with Edward and his crew was a very good experience. From setting up an appointment to have an estimate done, all the way until the roof was completed, I was kept in the loop about everything that was going on. He was very punctual to do the estimate, and the crew completed the job in the promised duration. Having dealt with larger roofing or contracting companies, going with Ed and Performance Home Improvement as a whole was a great decision. No pressure during the estimate, and was upfront about how much everything was going to be. I will be keeping this company in mind when it comes time to do my windows.

Mr Brown came out on time and gave me a estimate for roof replacement. He made this very simple and was very informative about the entire process. The work was performed quickly after and I was there to watch the complete removal and replacement. The roofers that were on site were excellent and clean. My Family has used Mr Brown for all of their exterior needs. (windows siding doors roofing trim) This would be the seventh or eighth time using Ed and I’m amazed at the excellent quality and service he provides time and time again. We needed to have our roof replaced due to storm damage, and we selected Performance after receiving several quotes. We were satisfied with the materials to be used and the price was competitive and fair. All through the subsequent process, we received quick follow-up. The work was done on time, care was taken in our yard with our plantings and the job site was cleaned up.
