Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

All talk. Touted best service, professional report, etc. All bs. I called for a repair. Was told I needed cleaning to see about repair. I said gutter needs extension due to run off & we just had cleaning. Got bullied into cleaning as only way to get them hear & said will discuss at time. Booked appointment but then didn’t make sense so I called to cancel. Took money off & said would come next day so I got sucked back in. They came but we couldn't discuss the issue due to non-English speaking crew & language barrier. They emailed me picture template saying call we found problem. I asked for the professional report they talked non-stop about & apparently that was it. I asked for something in writing & got sent "Gutter is very loose. Shingles are too short." With an estimate of hundreds of dollars. Ironically it didn't even mention the repair we called about. I have been going back & forth with managers who talk in circles & not one properly addressing the situation. I gave them plenty of opportunities to address the situation before submitting this review which speaks volumes to their customer service. I cleaned cleaned gutters & now have to have the necessary repair done. Total waste of money. Save yourself the aggravation & use someone else.

They were on time and did not take them very long. They discuss how mush would it be.

Greatr - We found Atlantas Best Gutters via Angies List at least 8 years ago - They have consistently shown up and done a great job doing somethin the husband is NOT ALLOWED to do - go on the roof. They use Safety lines and are thorough in cleaning up residue and debris. They are polite, quick and efficient and use good safety practices. With the gutter covers removed - we will be having them back more frequently with a discount for frequent/annual /quarterly service.

Scheduling was the only challenge. Service was great and the serviceman was very helpful and straightforward.

Very satisfied with the service performed. I was unable to be present during the visit and was very happy to return to see work had been performed and my gate was closed. Gutters were cleaned very well. On time and polite. The only issue I had was their turn-a-round was a little slow due to being so busy. I had to wait 3 weeks from when i set up the appointment. But knowing that, i will allow myself more time next time.

It was easy to schedule service and they did a fantastic job. Gutters look great and they bagged all the debris for me. I am now on a every 6 month cleaning contract with them!

It went well...Struckland Pressure Washing did a fteat job. Bryan did an awesome job. He was very curteous and got the jobe done in a timely manner.

It went well. The appointment was scheduled a ways out. But the appointment was kept and they were timely in keeping the appointment.

I was pleased with the estimate and they were responsive and will be doing the work later this month.

I was happy with the experience the first time I contacted Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaner. I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. I got a $10 discount for being a first time customer. The crew called 30 minutes before they arrived, the crew asked me if I had any questions before they started the work, they answered my questions and made recommendations such no clog gutter cover installation, and the crew completed the work in approximately 20 minutes. I have already asked Atlanta Best Gutter Clearers to schedule a six months appointment. After the six months appointment I hope the work is just as excellent. If so, I will agree to an annual contract. I wish I took pictures.

did great, but did not clean out downspout extension on one downspout. They blew off debris(it was dry day) and took pics as requested. Also listed me as additional insured just in case. I would use them again. very responsive, call ahead, describing what they saw if there were issues on roof we couldn't see.

We have used Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners for the past 15 years, in both this house and our previous home. Work performed is always done professionally and the crew always cleans up afterward without leaving any mess. Would recommend without any hesitation!

Great! I had them look at my gutters about adding flashing and they showed that the original contractor did not install flashing at all! Behind my gutters Also showed me the improper work done by the people that repaired my roof. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent work Would use again and highly recommend.

This is our third year using ABGC and that says enough about the work they do. They keep good contact with you up until they are on site and they perform the work (which is messy work) and clean up when they are done. We will use them again next year.
