"It went well originally. I had a hose bib replacement done from one of your companies. Southern plumbing. They replaced my hose bib. Worked for a couple of months Then it started leaking out of the top. Leaking profusely. They came and “fixed” it. A couple of months afterwards when I tried to use it today Not working properly. Leaking out of the top. I feel like I was scammed and the work was done insufficiently. How do we remedy this because I’m no longer interested in them servicing this. It needs to be done correctly by an actual plumbing company that can do the work. I’ll never trust Angi for any home projects I have. Throughly aggravated."

So I found HRWS here and talked to Jason and he sounded like he knew what he was doing, I didn’t get any extra work and prices so I decided to go with them. The change out was quick and Jason was very professional, knew what he doing, got the job done . The work was done in a very good workman like manner. Definitely going to use their service again."

Sweating copper pipes and connecting wiring properly are skills most DIYers don’t have, and even if you do feel confident you can do it, working with water and electricity always leaves the potential for electrocution. Hiring a local water heater installer is well worth the investment.
In most municipalities, a license is not mandatory for water heater installation or replacement. However, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed plumber or water heater installer to handle the work. Licensed installers are far less likely to make a mistake during the installation, which means paying for the experience decreases your risk of a leak and other issues.
