Danny Norman a d his crew did a PHENOMENAL JOB replacing the Sewer line underneath the slab of my house. I had collapsed cast iron piping from the original construction of the house. What should have been a lengthy process took A1's Danny Norman and crew took 3 days. They were able to free up the 3 bathrooms and kitchen that were inoperable due to the pipe damage causing a MAJOR inconvenience for a family of 5. I would definitely recommend A1 plumbing and Sewer to anyone and everyone in need of plumbing repairs and services!!! Great job fellas!!!

Mike Hannan deserves a promotion! The guy confirmed the appt, let me know what time he was coming, arrived on time, communicated the issue, gave me a flat price to fix it, fixed it, showed me he fixed, and then spent a few minutes making sure I was comfortable with the work performed. He kept my house clean during the entire process and didn't track in dirt even though it was raining! 10/10 would let this guy do any future work on my home.

This company is not professional or trustworthy. All they do is lie. They don’t care about their customers. They have had me without hot water for over 7 days now. They know I have no hot water but yet they do not give me an update on how long it’s going to be before they come and finish the job. At this point I’m going to have to get another company to come and finish the work F1 started. I can’t even call this below average company A1!! Do yourself a favor and find yourself another company if you’re looking to get quality plumbing services!!

My technician was Jeronmy Nixon. He was able to come over to the weekend to help with plumbing repairs on my newly purchased home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. He was able to give recommendations on potential future issues. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Jeronmy Nixon was very professional, friendly, and gave us excellent service. He quickly found the source of our plumbing issue and cleaned out plumbing lines to solve the problem. I hope we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do we will be giving A-1 a call.

A-1 Sewer & Drain has superb customer service. Donovan was professional and courteous. He explained everything as he went along. And tightened up all the Bolts on my toilets. Unfortunately, we did not find the location of the leak yet. We Are taking baby steps so as to avoid tearing up my floors. I would recommend them to any and all of my friends.

Ben Cadena from A1 Sewer & Drain called to see if I was avaliable earlier than originally scheduled, which I was thankful for; so I could go about the rest of my day. He explained what he was doing, and answered any questions that I had. He was pleasant, and efficient in the work he did.

I called A1 last week for a plumbing problem. Justin came over and assesed everything. Today Prince was here to do the installation. Both were very knowledgeable and professional and I found the price reasonable. I’ll be calling A1 for all of my plumbing from now on.

A-1 Sewer & Drain installed a tankless water heater in my home in December of 2023. I have had constant problems with the unit and have called them to come fix this problem on more than 10 occasions since installing it. The unit works for a short period of time after they painstakingly reset it and then hours later shuts down. Keep in mind this unit cost me $8k to install and I have had constant problems with it. I now know this was a bad decision. I will be contacting the BBB to inform them of this situation. What I have come to find out is that A-1 Sewer and Drain installed the unit incorrectly and because A-1 installed it, other companies do not want to mess with it. With that said, A-1 Sewer & Drain seem not to have the capability to fix the mess they made. Talking to their technicians, they do not understand the problem. It seems that they are waiting for the warranty to run out so they can wash their hands of this mess. Dr. Mark A. Brown 1stSgt USMC Ret.

Awful. If I could give a rating below 1 star, I would. If you like incompetent, over-prices, handymen posing as licensed plumbers, then this is the place for you. Not only are there prices exboritant but their service is horrendous. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. The general manager acknowledged my complaint and apologized, and then she provided me with an acceptable accommodation. I therefore consider the matter closed.

Great job, very professional service

Had a tech, Brandon, come out to look at our bathtub that wasn't draining. Very unprofessional. Complained the entire time and cussed about how hard the job was going to be. Was only in the house for 10-15 minutes before saying we had a broken pipe and quoted us over 5,000 dollars to fix. Had a different plumber come who unclogged our drain in 5 minutes with a plunger. Very disappointed in this company.

Bottom Line: highly recommend! I used Angi to find A1 Sewer & Drain and they were timely and responsive to my inquiry. They were courteous, communicative, punctual, and efficient! Drew, the technician, was personable, communicative, courteous, and super efficient. Swapped out my garbage disposal in under 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and quickly talked through the extra talking points. Drew is a valuable asset to the A1 Sewer & Drain team!

We needed our shower valve assembly replaced because it failed to control the temperature and had a leak. A young gentleman named Ben from A-1 came in (12/23/2022) and started working on it. He was very friendly. He respected our habit of not wearing shoes inside the house even though I told him it was not necessary to remove his shoes. While he was working, we talked about how plumbing skills were acquired and how long one needed to learn before he could become a certified plumber, soccer world cup, rockets to the moon etc. When he told me he needed to remove a piece of wood behind the drywall for proper installation, I was concerned about the structural loading issues. He quickly found another way of fixing the problem even though it must have taken him longer to finish the job that way. After checking that piece of wood later, I found him to be completely right in that no structural damage would have been done by removing that piece of wood. He did a excellent job. Both my wife and I liked this young man and his work ethic. I would recommend to anyone to use A-1 without hesitation.

It went well. The technician helped me pickout garbage disposal and accessories, I would need from the store prior to showing up. He talked about other things to look for. He explained what the company could do.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Received call from A-1 in response to Anji request regarding slow laundry drain. Gave an estimate over the phone. Booked the appt for next day. Bert the plumber called to say she was on the way. (Yes, Bert is a woman, no judgement please). Told her the problem and showed her the clean out port. 15 mins later, pipe was snaked and cleaned out. She even stayed to watch washing machine fill and drain on highest water setting. Went above and beyond to ensure other drains worked ok too. Recommended monthly bioenzyme cleaner. Simple credit card transaction to finish. About 30 mins total. Price was a little higher than hoped, but service was definitely A-1.

Chandler Cobb was the service technician and he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and how to resolve it should it occur again.
