Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install.

Uber professional. Explained options clearly, pros and cons of each, with no hard sell tactics. Very diligent workers. Cleaned up thoroughly.

I hired them for some spray foam, but once they got into the space, they discovered that the work that they needed to do didn't need to get done. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. If I need some work done on the foundation or attic, I will most certainly work with them again. They are courteous, communicative, and provide excellent service. Simon was fantastic to work with.

Excellent service

Excellent work performed. When I had a question I was always called back within an appropriate time. Everyone was knowledgeable and experienced. Installers left the area clean after work was done. The only negative was that it took longer than expected to start phase 2 of the work finished. But it was done in a day, once it was started.

Very knowledgeable no pressure

Alex did a terrific job with our crawl space and HVAC. I highly recommend his work and this company. These guys are the BEST.

Insulating a crawl space is incredibly expensive (especially for a space that hardly anybody ever sees or goes into), but they did a good job and it has helped in keeping the pipes warmer in winter and reducing damp feeling inside the house.

The price wad reasonable, the contractor was professional from start to finish, and the installation has made a huge difference in maintaining our home temperature at a comfortable level.

Consultation and assessment was exceptional. Communications regarding project have been timely. Project date has not been schedule yet. Will keep you posted.

Assessed and everything. Never received follow up for start of the project and was trying to look for other issues other than the requested project. I wanted insulation for garage but instead was trying to find faulty insulation in the attic.
