Outstanding!! Plumbing was done by Aaron Brown and electrical work was done by Daniel Roady. Mr. Brown replaced my plumbing which was well needed. The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! Thank you Angi for the recommendation and thank you Southern Plumbing of Virginia for a JOB WELL DONE!!

Had two guys come out this morning to snake drain and run camera to find the issue. Was quoted before hand that they were running an $89 special for said request. In the past I have had issues with tree roots causing slow drainage/ clogging. After running equipment in front of the house clean out they stated it would be around $9,000 to fix the issues. After requesting them to come inside to run snake/ camera it was realized that the clog was coming from right below my interior clean out from Roots. Person ran the snake without any attachments down interior clean out and followed that up with a camera inspection from exterior clean out and confirmed it was roots. Did not add attachment to snake to cut roots but quoted me on a $5700 job that would resolve the problem long term. So after the two hour appointment and $430 the roots that I believed to be the issue all along are still there and I am out the $430. I am Not sure of the policy of the company but in the past the people I have hired would attached root cutting bits to the snake to clear the pipe of the roots. I just feel like I paid money for someone to quote me on two big jobs that would cost between $5700 and the other closer to $10,000. In a perfect world they would have identified the problem as the roots and cut them out with their equipment and once they finished that offer the long term solution of fixing the pipes where the roots are coming in. I am giving two stars because both guys who came out were friendly and polite.

Everybody that I interacted with was very friendly and extremely helpful. This is my first time dealing with a well system. They were very quick with their work and I'm very happy with the result. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing, well, or septic issues

Requested a quote for converting our old hot water heater to a new tankless unit, Southern Plumbing sent Nick S. to us, hands down the most professional,, and meticulous repair job. Nick beat Michael and Sons’ estimate by $2000 for the same unit without even knowing it. Southern’s business office was responsive, honest, and fast. I Would highly recommend Southern Plumbing.

Southern Plumbing of VA (804) 749-0303) is an A lister! Within 3 days I went from finding the leak and the spinning water meter to a complete fix in the pouring rain on Wednesday evening. They showed up on time, explained what they could do, kept me informed, focused on my job without distraction, and cleaned up as they fixed things. They gave me an accurate invoice so that the insurance could pay me very quickly. They live up to their web page . Many thanks for a job well done.

Prompt and efficient toilet install

Fantastic - Ryan came by and was very informative about suggestions for relief for our issue. We had a written estimate on the same day. He also provided information regarding the Southern Comfort Service Plan, which looks like a great bargain.

Everything when perfectly from the assessment, to scheduling, to the the installment.

He fixed the broken water line under the house but more work is needed to resolve and complete since I am with our hot water

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Was quoted $500+ to stop a faucet leak. UNEXCEPTIONABLE. I would have given 0 stars but that wasn’t an option.

Paid over $400 for a toilet fill valve. Ridiculous.

What a fantastic, professional, and great job!!

We had some bumps but I caused them! I didn’t order a shower kit so other pieces slowly arrived as Southern Plumbing ordered them. Luckily, Daniel knew exactly what to get!!! They are very professional and, most importantly, they stay on communication a LOT! This was extremely important to me! Jon well done and when a device didn’t work properly it was removed and all evidence of work removed the bill. Daniel is an awesome young man, a professional and a true southern gentleman!!!
