"Oral and his team at Z+O were absolutely outstanding to work with and we are very happy with the remodel. Z+O fully demolished and remodeled two full baths and replace the floor of a third half bath. They were extremely fast and completed the work in two weeks, about one week per bathroom. There are a few things that made us appreciate the work: (1) Oral walked us through the options for picking out tiles, fixtures, vanities, vanity tops, and paint. We had some ideas of what we wanted but did not know 100% and so it was incredibly helpful to have Oral walk us through and recommend matching components. (2) The Z+O crew themselves, German and Jose, are phenomenal at their trade. Not only does the final remodel look great, they did many small details such as moving light fixtures up so mirrors fit better, shifting a drain line slightly so a vanity lined up better, and relocating a GFCI outlet to a better location as a part of the package. These things take time and effort and we were not charged extra for the work, it was just included as a part of the overall effort. Finally, (3) Z+O was super easy to communicate with. Oral was super responsive to several small change requests we made as well as keeping us up-to-date on timelines. We'd absolutely hire Z+O again for other remodel work. Thank you Oral and Z+O!"

They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. "In the past, we’ve typically hired general contractors based on solicitations at our home. This has unfortunately resulted in more than a few misses. But we went through Angi this time and the pro we chose, Omar’s General Contracting, was definitely a hit. Omar was professional and communicative. His crew was great. On time, very tidy, reasonably priced, flexible, and a perfect finished product. We hired them on Sunday and they started on Monday. In two days, Omar and his crew were able to basically rebuild our entire eat-in kitchen ceiling following a large plumbing project. I honestly think it looks better now than it did before the work. "Rating 2 star because quality of tiling work is decent. This company is not cheap, but overall work quality is cheap. After completing the bathroom remodel, we found the hand shower was not working. They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."

Jose is very responsive to new projects and all the jobs have been completed without interruption. The crew is very hardworking and polite. The quality of the work has been excellent and we have really appreciated how tidy the work area has been during and after the projects. Our projects have ranged from replacement of screens on screened porch, painting of carport and all house trim, bathroom fan installation, painting of front door, repair of roof leak, replacing of roof tiles and repair of water damage, building an bespoke interior wall, power wash and sealing of outdoor patio and wood floor repair.
