My experience with Oral and Z&O was exceptional. I replaced a rotten deck with new 450 sq ft construction using Trex products. Their foreman was outstanding and knew exactly what he was doing. Great guys to have in my backyard for a few weeks. We had a late modification, which was dealt with politely and professionally. Give Z&O the opportunity to bid on your projects. You’ll get a quote that’s fair to both parties, which is a rarity nowadays.

Very happy with the work done by Z&O. They removed and replaced my old deck in a timely manner and for a reasonable price (in comparison to other estimates I'd obtained) - their quote included a TREX package deal. The owner, Oral, and his work crew were all easy to work with and did a great job.

They did an excellent job. They were very thorough in their work and paid attention to every detail. We are very pleased with the outcome and would use them again.

We needed to have the entire Living floor of our townhouse remodeled. We already had purchased new cabinets for our kitchen. We just needed somebody to remove all of the old stuff in the kitchen and install the new stuff including flooring, cabinets, appliances and lighting. At the same time, we also needed some cabinets installed in the adjacent family room/breakfast nook and office space, fix/replace the flooring thoughout the entire floor and install counters. We found a few potential contractors through Angi but decided on Z and O because the were able to give us one price for all of the work, materials included. The price was competitive, and the timeline was very quick. The entire job took 4 weeks from beginning to end, for a total of 15-17 work days. The crew for the work arrived at a reasonable hour every morning (8a) and worked until 6-7p, Mon-Fri and the occasional Saturday. They sealed off the rest of the house but we still had access through a series of "airlocks". There was no collateral damage to the house. Our Project Manager, Oral Aydogdu, was a pleasure to work with. Very charming and personable, very attentive and very knowledgeable and very responsive to any concern or issue we raised. He was out at our job almost everyday, overseeing our project and coordinated all of the different aspects of the different materials fabrication (including countertops) and installation. When we decided to get our deck replaced in the middle of the kitchen reno, he was able to provide that service as well at a very reasonable price. Once we had agreed on a price, they had a crew out here within a couple of days, the materials were dropped in our driveway, the demo was done in a day, and the new deck was installed in three more days. And did I forget to mention the more than reasonable price? I highly recommend that you consider Z and O Construction if you have a renovation or any other kind of project. Our experience was excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate to consider them again for any other project that we might consider contracting out.

It's been a few weeks since Z&O Construction completed my small bathroom remodel and I am extremely pleased with the outcome - it's beautiful! All the plumbing fixtures and finishes are holding up and functioning well due to proper installation and excellent workmanship. Although I am an architect, this was my first time working with a general contractor for my home and the process was seamless. I did the design, selections, and majority of procurement, then Z&O was able to work within a rapid timeline to start the project once I received all owner-provided items and completed in 7 business days, putting in some extra hours to see the project through. The team has extensive experience from demo to rough-in to painting, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and cabinetry. They were responsive and direct with communication preceeding, during, and after the project. Whenever an issue came up or intent was unclear, they asked for clarification and fixed any issues. For example, they installed the vanity multiple times because of drawer hitting door frame and existing drain pipes not being centered so it was installed correctly, not haphazardly. They always did their best to keep the other areas of my small apartment clean and I fully trusted them in my home even when I could not be present. Their fee aligned with market rate for a small bathroom remodel, and I definitely got the value for the price. I had piece of mind hiring a knowledgeable GC because it removed liability for me living in a multi-unit condo building and meant the project would get done faster as it is the only bathroom I have. My only feedback is that I had provided drawings, specifications, and installation guides, as well as additional information, but it was unclear that this had been fully reviewed or distributed to the whole team. Z&O can also be better in formatting and thoroughness of their estimates as what I received was only a rough word doc. Simple administrative systems could help reflect the otherwise very professional reputation. As I plan a kitchen remodel next, I look forward to the opportunity to work with Z&O Construction again!

Amazing. Oral and crew were communicative and respectful every step of the way. They worked with us when we wanted a couple changes midway through the project, and their attention to detail was first rate. Oral and everyone on his team were to excellent to work with. Not only was their work beautiful but the whole process was so much better than I could have expected. We have young children and everyone was so lovely and respectful of our home and family while working on our kitchen and bathroom. They were fast, efficient, detailed oriented and there was great communication every step of the way. Our kitchen and bathroom turned out amazing!! I would highly recommend them!! Z&O Construction did an excellent job on our bathroom and closet remodeling project. Oral was interested and responsive from start to finish, checking in almost every day of the project, lending his eye and professional opinion at any time we asked. The project foreman on his team was also present every day leading the work, which isn’t something we took for granted. For the most part, they were careful and paid attention to details. When there were issues with a scratch or nick on finished walls or areas they hadn’t worked on, they took care of the issues. In the bathroom the custom made vanity and countertops came out perfect. The design Oral envisioned worked out almost as he’d sketched out. We have a few more projects in mind and will certainly reach out to Oral and Z&O Construction.

Oral and his crew did meticulous, beautiful work in both master and guest bedroom bathrooms. Oral was very collaborative in helping pick the products to complete the vision I had in mind for both. Oral was also extremely proactive and responsive during the entire project. He and his crew truly care about the quality of not only the products used but the quality of the work. I was very impressed, absolutely love both bathrooms and I already have more projects in mind for next year and will be hiring Oral & his Z&O Construction crew again!

My project was large 7 x 50 concrete covered front porch added to a brick home. This contractor was super easy to deal with, stayed to a schedule and did not try to make us pay more when unexpected issues came up during county inspections. He is a very trustworthy person. A rare find for sure.

Fantastic!!!! Z&O Construction did an EXCELLENT job renovating our tiny upstairs bathroom. This is the second time we've used the company and received the same customer service. The project was not easy, as it involved knocking down a wall and working around radiator heating. Z&O managed it all brilliantly. The company is incredibly responsive, cost-effective, and able to meet a short deadline. As you can see in the pictures, the result is stunning. Highly recommend Z&O for your bathroom and kitchen renovations. No hidden costs, impeccable service, and a knowledgeable crew. They are very generous with time to ensure they design the space you want.

Oral was very responsive to our questions and able to schedule us quickly to replace the drywall in our powder room and install a new door/door frame. The job only took two days and his team was very thorough. For a competitive estimate and quick turnaround, I would definitely reach out to them!

An excellent crew showed up exactly as promised, and did all of the work, while being respectful of our property. After a few estimates I got I went with Z & O Construction and was the best choice, best price and best time frame plus they changed the whole bathroom and others had the prices much higher and for only replacing the tub. Oral and his team were excellent and a pleasure to work with. His team were very nice and professional. They arrived every day on time and worked all day and each time they left everything organized and clean and ready for the next day. I was amazing how fast and well done job they did.
