Hello. I'm Brandon, owner and operator of Rocky Mountain duct cleaning. I have been doing this line of work for the last 22 years. I have a lot of experience in this field. I also have the correct equipment for this line of work. Because there are so many different duct cleaning companies out there. I encourage people to get other bids. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

He was polite and professional, but would swipe past all of the verbiage on his tablet straight to the signature block, repeatedly reassuring us of what it said and that it was a payment plan. Months later, after repeatedly asking for payoff information, we learned it was actually a lease that would cost nearly double what we were quoted. We felt completely misled and taken advantage of, and it was incredibly frustrating to realize the truth only after months of trying to get answers. This felt dishonest and manipulative. If you still choose to use them, be very cautious and double-check everything they do and say, because there?s a good chance they could be doing the same thing to you."
