+ 0 morePrice was great, showed up on time but installation is poor and quarter round was never finished. Tried to call owner to get problem resolved: he came out, sprayed foam filler and promised to send crew to properly fix quarter round. He never did. I have left several messages but not return call.

+ -1 moreMet with owner and he came out to the house. Made very good suggestions on a Master Bath remodel, but said he wanted one of his people (who was out of town) to come back out and see the site. I never could get this arranged in spite of several calls. He couldn't seem to remember who I was . Seemed to have very poor record keeping.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. It worked out really well. The workmen did really good job. They made sure that they did the work correctly. When we needed something touched up, they did it. The owner of the place was a little harder to communicate with my husband, but I did okay. They did better when I went into the store than talking over the phone. I talked to them about the shower, but got the other work done.
Description of Work: Floors 'n More came out and installed the tile in the great room and the dining area.

+ 0 moreThey are amazing! They cared a lot and had a lot of great ideas. They did a good job for us and I would definitely recommend them. They are such nice people!
Description of Work: They laid tile in the foyer, hallway, study, and great room. They also tiled the face and hearth of the fireplace.
