There aren’t enough characters here for me to express the utter joy I experienced in working with Ramos Timber. Jorge Ramos and his crew went above and beyond for my renovation project in every way. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. The home contains many beautiful memories that we’ve passed along to our children through years of family visits, dinners and holidays. Needless to say, this renovation project was not only near and dear to my heart, it was also imperative that my contractors completed the project in a timely manner as the home would be rented to tenants after completion. Jorge Ramos with Ramos Timber came highly recommend from multiple clients that had used him for various home renovations and projects. Jorge and his Project Manager, Teresa, were invaluable in helping me make decisions that balanced both style and stay within my budget. Their expertise made the process much easier. The on-site team—Ian, Josh, and Joe—were professional, respectful, and highly skilled. Their subcontractors were incredibly courteous, punctual, efficient and thoughtful in how they left the job site (very clean and tidy). Jorge and his team were always communicative; responsive and checking in with me every step of the way. Both Jorge and Teresa went above and beyond to address any small issues with solutions and options. This gave me a lot of confidence and assurance throughout the project. In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. I highly recommend Ramos Timber and will definitely be using Jorge Ramos and his team for future projects!

The team was friendly and enjoyable to work alongside. Jorge and staff returned calls promptly. Staff was helpful with planning and accommodating to any changes that needed to be made.

Jorge and his team did an excellent job with our hardwood floor installation. He and his entire team were professional, cleaned up every day after they were done, and worked around our families schedule. We changed our minds many times throughout the process and Jorge worked closely with us to make sure we were satisfied and happy with all decisions and choices. We would definitely hire again for any floor installations.

To say that we were pleased is a drastic understatement. The team made us feel comfortable and accommodated from start to finish and the suggestions to get the absolute most out of our budget was awesome. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to show appreciation for a job more than well done.

Ramos and crew was great, unbelievable detailed work, precise and did everything that was contracted. The quality of workmanship was outstanding . OMG I can’t praise him and crew enough… they was punctual on time and stayed late… Ramos showed up when he said he would, (from quoting, estimate, coming back over and going over the job again, given date and time of start, plus a completed date AND OMG did they ever do a great, wonderful, outstanding JOB, workers cleaned up before leaving nightly, the job site was cleaned upon completion, RAMOS showed up daily and even called to see how we liked the progress… after completion Ramos showed up once again, looked and asked about the job, Ramos is very precise, I really can’t say much more of a super nice and professional Ramos and crew members were. Thank you again… PS: MY NEIGHBOR LOVED IT SO MUCH SHE WILL BE CALLING… BEST WISHES

Everyone at Ramos Timber was so friendly and professional. The work done to update my fireplace with new tile was exceptional. They even came out on a Saturday so I didn’t have to miss work. I highly recommend them for any tile work and will not hesitate to contact them for any future projects at my home.

I grew up in a construction family, so I tend to be very picky with contractors that do work on our home. Jorge and Jasmine were a pleasure to work with in all aspects of there work in putting new tile in our home. They more than exceeded our expectations, we’re reasonably priced, and the new floor tile in our kitchen, breakfast area, and half bath are beautiful. We would definitely use Ramos Timber again.
