It took my wife and I over 6 months to decide on what route to take with our flooring installation. We met with 5 installers and finally choosing Footprints was an easy decision. I especially appreciate their help and patience with us as we considered all the options and they drew up multiple revised quotes with itemized costs. The pricing for the job was very reasonable especially for such a high caliber installer. We had a fairly large residential job, and they came in with a large crew and completed the work in 5 hours. I have looked over every inch of our new 1100sf floor and I cannot find a single flaw. I am very pleased with Footprints and our new floor.

Brian, Clint, Chris and Alberto all did a phenomenal job. The install was fast, efficient, and the did a great job cleaning up. Not only was the work great, they also had an unbeatable price point compared to the other estimates I got. In addition, I requested my project be expedited because it was to replace a storm damaged basement, and sure enough a spot opened up and they got it done quick. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the great job from start to finish with Footprints floors. Brian came out to give us an estimate on our project and gave us a list of materials needed. We put in a new heated floor and shower in our master bathroom. Clint the owner stopped out to answer questions and made sure everything was in order. He also stopped in to check on the project periodically. I can’t say enough about Alex the installer who was extremely detail oriented, timely, and had great ideas as questions came up. From start to finish the hardwood and LVP was installed with quality and conscientious work . We really appreciated that Clint also was there to get the crew started and answer any questions. We hired footprints floors to refinish some original hardwood floors we discovered under our carpet. Everything from the scheduling to the estimate to the final product and follow up was incredible. Incredible experience, we highly recommend Footprints for all your flooring needs! Clint greeted us at the start of the job and communicated well prior to installation day. From there, Alberto and his team got to work. They did a phenomenal job and completely transformed our home in less than 6 hours. Our floors are beautiful and so well installed - absolutely zero gaps or squeaky boards. And they were able to perfectly line up our boards with our existing floors, so everything looks cohesive. In addition to being masters at their craft, Alberto and his team were respectful of our home the entire time and left it perfectly clean once finished. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend this team of pros for all your flooring needs!

Alberto and his crew did an excellent job of removing the carpet, cutting it up and putting it out for trash pick-up, laying new luxury vinyl planking, and installing shoe moulding in a bedroom. They cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and professional. I would use Footprints Floors again.

Clint and his team did a great job working through some curveballs on our nearly 100 year old original hardwood floors. The end result was a beautiful refresh to our house’s bones and we are very glad we trusted them to Footprints Floors!

Jason is a perfectionist. I can’t imagine anyone being able to do better work. I could not be happier. I’ve had a lot of work done over 30 years in this house and Footprints is by far the best company I’ve ever worked with. Jason fixed my recently tiled backsplash that was done by another company and had me very upset. I appreciate that Clint was here several times making sure everything was top notch. We loved working with Clint and Footprints Floors. We had LVP flooring done in June which turned out incredible. So nice to get rid of the that ugly carpet. They still make me smile. Last week we had a 100 sq. ft. subway tile wall installed. It took some time, but Jason (the installer) worked hard and the job looks incredible. We've have people describe our new kitchen and floors as stunning. Thanks for the great work Footprints.

I absolutely love my floors! Clint and his guys were amazing! I would highly recommend them and I will be using them to redo my kitchen floors.

I had some worn/damaged hardwood floors. These guys were able to sand them down and refinish them; now they look just like new. Very professional, did their best to minimize dust/disruption. Would recommend.

Curtis was quick to provide an accurate estimate. This included sanding the floor of one bedroom and a small landing at the top of the stairs, removing 5 board sections with a hole and replacing these with flooring I salvaged from a renovation elsewhere in the house, staining to match existing wood floor color in the house, and top coating. The our timing was really good as there was a recent opening on their schedule, enough for this smaller project, only a few days after the estimate was provided (otherwise a few weeks wait). The fairness of the estimate, Curtis’s attentiveness and professionalism, and my judgment that Curtis had the expertise and genuine desire to make customers happy supported my decision to take the early scheduling opening. Curtis came with the floor crew, lead by Ronald, at the start of the project and made sure we were all on the same page about the work to be done. The crew then promptly got to work. They were very efficient without sacrificing quality in their work. The repairs (board section replacements) were made carefully and look great. The rest of the work is similarly high in quality and the result is a beautifully refinished old house floor! The coloring matches the existing downstairs and stair step stain perfectly. Ronald and the crew are very skilled and also were conscientious so as to be minimally disruptive while working and to ensure they were doing the exact work we wanted. We have additional bedroom floors that need the same refurbishing work and I will definitely call Curtis again.
