"They came out fast so I will give 2 stars for that but that is where it ends. The price gauging was assanine and when I got the invoice they couldn't even explain the line items. They gave me a "discount" on services and said it was charged by the job and not by the hour. It took them less than 2 hours (that is including the trip to get the materials) to do a super simple repair and they charges $1500. It wasn't even done correctly and when I tried to message them about it, I was told "that's just how we do it" and I had to have someone else fix it. Cannot recommend unless you want terrible service for double the going rate of a repair. They prey on people in a tough situation needing help quickly"

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
