We bought a new heat pump from Kevin in 2014 when our old unit was struck by lightning. He was prompt,, courteous, fairly priced and knows his craft! In 2015, there was a filter that needed service, he was out there the next day despite being slammed. Once again, prompt, courteous and honest. Today, 7/18/2016, he blew us away with his customer service! Our unit went out and he was out within 20 minutes to check it out. Turns out a stick wedged the fan which caused the safeguards to kick in. He removed the stick gave us a 'what to look for' in case there was damage done and was on his way with a 'Call me if you need me!". Yep, that's right, he refused to charge us a service call! He has more than earned our loyalty! He is honest, good to his customers, and knows his craft! He is one of the few you can trust not to screw you over...that's hard to find in HVAC biz! Once again Kevin has just gone above and beyond. We found Kevin Amaro a couple of years ago before he was listed on Angie's list. Because we had such a great experience we searched through all of our bank records to find him the following year. We had an old AC unit that had a freon leak. Every time we called him, he quickly responded and gave us the best price in comparison to the other companies (Brother's Heating and Air, and One Hour Heating and Air). Finally this year we had to bite the bullet and get a new unit. We called him on a Saturday and he helped us as much as he could over the phone. He then came on Sunday to place the unit. He was knowledgeable about all of the AC units and helped us come up with a great fit for our home. Unlike many of the big name AC companies, Kevin has never made us feel like he was pressuring us to buy anything. He has always been very neutral and informative. He is such a hard worker, polite, and very respectful. He put paper down so that he wouldn't track dirt in the house. He cleaned up everything after he left. His consistent hard work and amiable personality has won our business for life. You will not go wrong with this guy.

Last year we found this guy on Craigslist. Obviously we were a little nervous but he was great. We needed a new unit but really didn't want to pay that kind of money at the time. He worked with us and met our needs perfectly. He didn't push things on us which was a huge relief as our previous experience was with One Hour Heating and Air and they spent most of their time trying to con us into a bunch of stuff we didn't need. We contacted him again this year. Once again, he was fantastic. He recharged our unit and gave us a VERY reasonable quote for a new unit. I would recommend him hands down to any other company.
