He was knowledgeable about AC and electric, educating my husband and I regarding the different systems available, cost and efficiency. "I had a federal pacific panel replaced. The technician and work were professional. However, I explained to the technician that I lost power in a large section of wall. After the job was complete, I found I still didn’t have power in the wall. Now I’m being told it is a separate job and cost. An explanation before having the work done about it being a separate problem and needing additional work would have been very helpful. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"
