They were everything wonderful! Brian came out for the estimate and he was friendly and professional. The unit was installed today and I am luxuriating in my nice cool house!!

From the scheduling of the estimate, answering of our questions on equipment options, financing, rebates, and tax credits, to installation of our equipment - all was done professionally and well communicated. There were no surprises. Exactly what was quoted and discussed was delivered.

Nathan and his team did an amazing job. Showed up on time, communicated what was to be done and the timeline, and completed the work as discussed. They cleaned up after the job and returned the closet/attic hatch as it was before. They provided me with the best price and quickest quotes for their work. With trusted vendors they were able to secure my part that is difficult to source and held it for me so my wife and I could make our decision on our own schedule. Once we agreed the appointment was set for the following week and they accomodated our schedule. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and I would 100% recommend Prime for any of your HVAC needs! Thanks Nathan and crew!!

Prime Home HVAC is very professional. When the repair man came he was very respectful and courteous. He worse shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. They arrived early and we're respectful of my time as well. I would definitely use them again.
