While it took awhile, Ray was intent on getting the channels to come in strong -- and he did it!!

We were very pleased with the work done and Ray’s persistence in making sure all related issues were addressed. A part had to be ordered and we expect it will be installed promptly when available. In the meantime we have tv use in full!

The job went well. The installer was very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was comfortable having him in my home.

no call no show for the first appointment- waited all day, called and texted. no response later was 2 hours late0 said 9-11, showed at 2. could have called and told me they are running late but did not- finally installed antenna. i found out later they disconnected internet cable to use cable for tv. i have no internet service. called back and complained. another person came added a splitter to cable. left did NOT solve problem text messages and call not responded.

It went remarkably well ! Patrick, the owner, got back to me almost immediately after I requested an an estimate for repairing a 30-year-old chimney-mounted antenna, through "Angi". Patrick was helpful as we reviewed the project over the phone, and he was even able to quote me a price for the job (which sounded quite reasonable). Even more remarkable, and maybe not always the case, he was able to schedule the service for the following day! Edward, the service technician, arrived at my home within the two-hour window as scheduled and did a beautiful job installing a new antenna (the existing 30-year-old antenna having reached the end of its functional life, and the new one costing less than Best Buy's top-end antennas). He also installed the co-ax cable, connecting the antenna to my family room, so discreetly down the side of the chimney and the side of the house that it is virtually invisible. Edward also described a few options for some of the work, as well as some information which would increase my enjoyment of the new antenna. The old antenna provided me with about 20 channels, but not ABC or WHYY. The new antenna now receives about 75 channels, including those two especially desirable channels. Needed satellite dish repositioned after roof repair ... satellite provider was unable to honor their responsibility so I contacted VIP ... came out the day I called and had problem resolved within 45 minutes ... one word ... outstanding

Have used them before and they do nice work.

The techs showed up on time and we're very polite. We discussed my needs and they were able to complete the work successfully despite the heat. They did not cause any damage to anything and left the property in the same condition as when they arrived. The only reason I deducted a star is the vehicle they arrived in was not a branded company truck and appeared to be a personal pickup truck. Other than that the work was completed as expected within an acceptable timeframe, and is functioning as expected with no apparent leaks.

It works fine and wonderful. The attic is so hot they did not complain at all. They were on time . I could not ask for nicer group of people . I'm very pleased most especially with Bill.

BEST MONEY EVER SPENT!! Bill came and installed an antenna on my roof. The company provided the antenna + installation for one price. I’m a cord cutter and having 6ABC has been important for me to watch Jeopardy and live events. Now I have crystal clear ABC along with sixty five other channels and no monthly fee. My smart tv even has a TV guide with program info. I would never have been able to do what Bill did, he is a true professional and had all the tools necessary to troubleshoot until I had on the air tv. Best decision ever.

Great. No problems at all. He even had better ideas than me about hiding the cord.

I am amending my review. Today, after 8 months, VIP technicians came out and reinstalled the antenna. They raised it 10' above the chimney, which was the original recommendation. They also added a ground wire, which the previous two installers did not run. In defense of the company, over-the-air TV reception in Philly is challenging unless you go with a raised antenna. The company is also having some business challenges in this COVID 19 era. The installers that came out this time, Bill and Christine, seemed to know what they were doing and did excellent work. They were very nice, explained everything and wanted to make sure my problems were resolved. I would ask for them by name. I do appreciate that the company did make three trips to my house and tried to resolve the problem. Could the process have been better? Sure. But some of this is out of their control as an increasingly crowded radio spectrum is making the reception of some channels (2 and 6 in Philly) difficult.
