We never hire anyone that we would not want working at our own house, and we always send the right person for your job. My brother and I are also still hands-on for our jobs, with some of the great employees that we have.

"Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM! This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result.
