Terry gave a time frame of a week for the work and finished up in 4 days. Shower stall looks amazing. Hard to believe it was the same thing that was there before. He suggested moving the stall out by a couple of inches; it makes all the difference. Clean up was good too - very professional and not a lot of little items left behind. Great job.

Terry did the most beautiful tile work in our bathroom. All the work done was perfection. Amazing attention to detail. Exceedingly knowledgeable, dependable, professional, talented. We cannot say enough about Terry and company.

They were fantastic and completely professional.

Rooms had 70's vinyl tile, plus a sheet of plywood that a previous owner had screwed into the floor, probably due to a 'dancing' washer. I Plywood was tough to remove due to badly corroded screws. When I contracted with them, I took responsibility for removing the plywood, but couldn't do it. They did it with no complaint and no extra charge. Beautiful job with the tile, carefully reinstalled sink, toilet, and baseboards. Very prompt, responsive, explained everything and patiently answered my questions. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

Terry was extremely professional and we were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Although I have done some DIY tile work in the past, the pattern that we wanted for the bathroom was fairly complicated and involved using several different types and sizes of tile that were not all the same thickness. When Terrry came out to look at the job and give me an estimate I was very confident that he would be able to get everything level. I was not disappointed. When it came to completing the job, he was exactly on time during all 3 of the days that he was at the house, was friendly and pleasant and took his time to get everything right. The end result was beautiful. He paid extreme attention to detail and I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had an excellent experience with J.U.I. Their responsiveness and communication were outstanding -- quickly (within 36 hours of my call to them) coming to our house to measure the space and put an estimate together, working with the store where we were buying tiles to raise questions about grout color and sealer, and ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. As ours was only a one day job and we were hoping to get it done quickly, they found a way to squeeze us in -- including Saturday work when our tiles didn't arrive in time! The work itself was to-notch - everything done carefully, and well cleaned up afterward. It looks great and we were really happy with the outcome and the experience. We look forward to working with Janeen and Terry and their team hagain.

We called several services and contractors to get estimates for the installation of our hardwood flooring. Some did not reply and others (e.g. Costco) walked in the door and right back out as they were unable to either install standard staircases ... no less a staircase that has three pie shaped steps for a turn. Luckily, a neighbor had used J.U.I. to install hardwood floors in their entryway and living room and we gave them a call. Janeen, one of the owners, showed up for the first visit. She was absolutely charming and very knowledgeable ... giving us lots of advice on our many questions (e.g. smooth or hand scraped ... consider hand scraped if your grandchildren are frequent visitors). She took measurements, showed us product choices, and told us that we'd hear from her soon. That was true and we soon heard from her husband, Terry, who wanted to take a look at our pie shaped steps. Terry was just as lovely as Janeen. We trusted both of them from day one. Terry assured us that he would be able to both make our treads and risers, including the pie shaped pieces, and that it would seamlessly match the manufactured pieces that we'd be purchasing for the entry way, hallway, bedroom, closets, and powder room. So, we signed on the dotted line. Working with Terry and his team, with Janeen handling the finances was a breeze. The job was completed in a week, with us asking Terry to come back at a later date to install matching handrails. They were neat, efficient, and trustworthy. I had some concerns with the first set of treads that Terry made. He asked my opinion and when he heard my concern, he made a completely new set of treads which I love. I apologized, feeling bad for the additional work. Terry was very clear that our complete satisfaction was his goal. He hit a home run on the second set of treads. We left the house multiple times throughout the job with full confidence that Terry and his staffer would take good care of our home. Janeen kept us in touch with status updates and financial statements. I will admit that I was (and still am) amazed by the hand crafted steps that Terry created for us. The color match to the flooring is spot on. The handwork on the steps and risers is perfect. I think that my steps are museum worthy and there is not a person who enters our home that doesn't immediately comment on the beauty of our stairs. (I wish that I were a better photographer so that I could capture their depth and beauty.) I think that J.U.I. deserves the highest recommendation. Their work is first class and Terry and Janeen earn your trust. I could not have been happier with our choice or our results.

Terry Tarantino did a beautiful job. It turned even better than I ever expected. I would recommend him in a minute. My backsplash is spectacular.
