Our end-to-end experience with Floors By Napoli was amazing! I never write reviews but needed to recognize their outstanding service and quality work. Carmen was extremely responsive to our request for assistance and even responded while on vacation. He listened, adjusted his solution to meet our needs and was sensitive to our budget. He was accessible throughout the project and made sure that the work was exceptional. He committed to a timeline and delivered the highest quality product exactly as we agreed. I cannot say enough good things about this business!

Carmen got in touch with me right away when I requested a quote, and was an excellent communicator throughout the project. He shared his expertise and the results were just what we hoped for. Very well. Much time spent prepping for the LVT which made a very bad floor acceptable. Prep work is the name of the game in some jobs and they did a great job on our installation. Even the carpet installer had less scratches on the walls than anyone else I have used in the past. Definitely would recommend FBN. Had lots of samples to select from too which was great.

I first have to say Carmen is awesome! His communication and professionalism has been A+ to work with. He never missed a beat and responds quickly. I was able to set a date to have the job done in just a few days after contact. Jay came out to do the job. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and did a beautiful job replacing the stair runner on my steps. This is the go to company and the professionals to get the job done right! Very reasonable and yes I will be using them again very soon to do another project. Thank you Carmen and Jay!

Carmen and his crew were excellent, very professional. Carmen was able to fit me in to his schedule with just a couple weeks heads up. The guys did a fantastic job with the flooring and left everything nice and cleaned up when they were done.

My experience with Floors by Napoli went above and beyond any generic 5 star rating could show you. From the first call explaining the work I needed to have done, to them coming out and explaining the process and what it was going to take was super easy. I really appreciated the honesty on the work and what it was going to look like and them giving me the utmost certainty that they could deliver what I was looking for and THEY DID! They have a great crew who came in like one well oiled machine and it really felt like they were in an out before I could even blink an eye. They respected my home and everything in it and took plenty of precautions to ensure no damage or inconveniences were done. It’s unfortunate I don’t have any more work to do in my house with flooring because I would use this company again without a doubt.

Carmen and his team went above and beyond when installing our new floors. We purchased an older home and Carmen had a solution for every hidden hiccup. Totally transformed the house. Highly recommend.

Carmen was very easy to contact and helped me through the process. The staff at the place where I picked out the carpeting was wonderful and friendly. It's a great family owned business. The installation took place in two chunks since I had to do the upstairs and the downstairs. They did it a week apart to allow me time to move all the belongings in each room. We talked about how to best install the carpet based on seam placement, and Carmen really gave it some thought and I'm happy with the result of the seam placement. They did a great job and were very professional. If I had any concerns, they addressed them. They even helped fix some bad transitions I had between the rooms. The installers were very detail oriented and put thought into what they did. I would definitely recommend them for carpet or tile installation.

My wife and I could not be happier!! Carmen and his crew are professional, courteous and devoted to their profession! Carmen’s responses to questions were prompt and complete. I would use them again for ALL my flooring needs!!

They were quick and efficient. All work was completed in less than 6 hours. They took away all the old stuff, and cleaned up completely before they left. We are quite happy with our new floors.

The process was simple and relaxed. I’m not one to make a quick decision, and the owner, Carmen, respected that. He gave me time to make the right decision. After I made the decision, it was a very quick process. The work was done on the entire first floor. It was completed in two days. I was pleased with the craftsmanship. The workers were skilled, some with decades of experience under their belts. They are kind and easy to talk to. They kept me informed through the whole installation. My father, a trained carpenter, (former contractor, and now construction manager) came by the day after to inspect the work, and was impressed. I would hire them again in a heart beat. I love my floors. I’m just so happy. You can tell that the employees and owners of this company take pride in what they do and want to create the best spaces they can for their clients.

Carmen was easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions I had. It was a fairly big job laying hardwood in our entire upstairs but his crew of two guys, Marcus and Lukas, worked super hard and completed the job in the time quoted. They were super careful with moving all of our furniture. I am so happy with how the hardwood floors turned out and I would absolutely use them again!
