"Tech was courteous and professional. He had a tough time given our dryer vent situation going through our attic. He had to enter the crawl space/attic which can't be pleasant. Plus our vent is way above the second floor window and an extension ladder was needed. He stuck with it and got the job done to our satisfaction. he was very neat and clean."
