Tech was courteous and professional. He had a tough time given our dryer vent situation going through our attic. He had to enter the crawl space/attic which can't be pleasant. Plus our vent is way above the second floor window and an extension ladder was needed. He stuck with it and got the job done to our satisfaction. he was very neat and clean.

Firstly, they canceled on me twice, the first time literally hours before they were supposed to arrive. Then again the day before. The charge was $375 for three hours of work with two technicians, a $95 diagnostic visit, and $350 to replace a contactor and capacitor on my AC unit, parts that cost no more than $100. $820 in total. I called the business asking for the model number on the parts that were replaced (it took three calls to finally get a response to my inquiry). I finally get a call from the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. The dishonesty was staggering, I was almost speechless. "Oh the AC unit's still working ain't it? Oh you agreed to pay didn't you? Oh you call two weeks later to dispute the price (I called three times, the first only three days after the repair)? Oh I'm so busy and you're bothering me with this." I never did get that model # because he "didn't know it". Guy also hung up on me even though I was completely civil with him.

They did very well. They were very tidy and made sure that they respected the house. They kept the house really clean and very transparent. They knew what their doing.

It should have been resolved the first time. I have called him he came back. My concern was why did the heating work worst when my air conditioning unit used blow cool air. He tried to fix, but he can't . It should not have been more than 150 dollars.

I highly recommend his service. He was conscientious, he was concerned about his customer and he won't charge you too much. He was a good worker and good company.

Desmond is awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable and his prices were fair (definitely better that the large companies). He’s been doing yearly check ups and work on my system for years. Would ver much recommend him!
