Our appointment exceeded my husband and my expectations. Jon was excellent. He answered multiple extra questions. He had a great personality and was as professional as they come. He was fast and you could tell his knowledge level was very high. I will definitely call Jon again. Price was extremely fair for 2 hours of constant work.

Jon worked with me in every way you can imagine. He started working on the car early in the morning due to my work schedule, and he was done in record time. Due to a pre-existing issue with my car, I still had some hybrid error lights come on after I drove home. Jon was gracious enough to research the problem until he found out that lo and behold, it was an issue with a faulty wiring harness that had nothing to do with the battery replacement he did. He made it a priority to solve the issue, and he did so that same day. I recommend Jon to anyone looking for getting their Prius battery replaced. You need to know that everyone who replaces Prius batteries has to use used parts for the hybrid battery, as Panasonic only had a one-to one ratio of hybrid batteries to Prius cars. (They did not apparently make a stock of batteries for inventory due to contractual issues). So even Toyota has to rebuild them. But they will charge you $3000.00 for that service, and give you only a one year warranty, I am told. Go to Jon Fisher!!! Get great service and peace of mind knowing that you are working with a professional who cares. He gave a one year warranty on his work/parts, and he takes pride in his work. Thank God for people like Jon.
