"e decided to use West Shore Home homes our sales person (Lorenzo) came and gave us a 3 hour sales pitch. A big selling point for me was there would be no caulk. We were told unequivocally there would be no caulk. There was/is caulk. He sold us on the "chemically welded acrylic' technology. We were 100% misled. We had to have the installers back to repair unacceptable workmanship. They quoted a scope of work that was modified. It was agreed that there would be a credit issued. It was issued, then it was reversed. We reached out to Lorenzo G about the credit. After multiple follow ups from us, he told me that I was disrespectful for sending a text on Sunday, and that he would no longer be dealing with us. "Customer service will help you from here". His justification was a screen shot of a text from 3 days prior to show that someone was working on it. If he had taken 2 seconds to let me know that he would not have received a text from me on Sunday. We are stuck with this "

"I hired this company in August of 2023 to do a substantial amount of exterior work to my home. The company came out on their first day with no materials and didn't even have a ladder. I supplied them with lumber that I had for an interior project to get started on the exterior work. From August until December the company drug their feet and it was like pulling teeth just to even get them out to the home to do work. They would come out for a day or two and then be MIA for several weeks not returning calls or texts. We literally had to go to the business and catch them there to even talk to them. They finally installed 8 windows and a French door and replaced some rotted osb along with putting some tyvek on the home. March 14th 2024 the home was hit by a tornado and suffered severe structural damage to where the remainder of the work could not be performed. I met with the shop owner Tom Hughes on March 18th 2024 in his show room on state route 41 and he agreed to cash me out for the remaining balance after labor and materials. Tom told me his bank would be issuing me a check for $6,217 and that it would be sent via mail. I have screenshot documentation from Tom's personal phone number with the refund amount. He also agreed to send me an itemized break down of all work and materials that were taken out of the original $13,000 that I had given him. It has been almost a month and Tom will not respond to my texts messages or my calls. I have went to his establishment in covington on state route 41 numerous times and the doors are always locked and he has recently covered all of his windows with black tarps. Do not ever give any business or establishment associated with Thomas Hughes any money. I have made a report with the BBB and reports with local authorities. If you have an ongoing contract with this man you may as well just hang it up because he will not finish your work or give you your money back for work not performed."

"Terry and Michael are great installers. The owner of the business is very hard to deal with and will not take care of issues that arise. I have been trying for 11/2 years to have my kitchen floor fixed. The owner Todd said I bought discontinued floor and it was my fault that it is coming apart. The tongue and groove edges cracked causing my floor to come up due to an employee beating my floor in place. The employee no longer works there but Todd refuses to fix my floor. I have gaps in my living room and a bad spot in my bedroom. I contacted the flooring company and they told me that the floor was not properly installed. They offered to send replacement flooring, but I would have to pay shipping. I would also have to pay someone to tear up my kitchen and install the new floor. Todd put frog tape on my floor and said they would get caulk and other things to fix my floor. This was 5 months ago and I never heard a word from them. Todd does not believe in customer service and once he has your money he is finished no matter what issues arise."
