Bruce did a great job. First he met the best quote I got from other installers. Did a great job installing the doors. Followed up and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! The picture shows one of the two doors Buckeye Door Sales installed.

The technician had obviously encountered and solved this problem before. He quickly repaired our garage door. The for has performed normally since.

Simon called ahead and told me he would be arriving at 2 p.m. At 1:59 p.m., he pulled into my driveway. The door that i called about wasn't broken, it just needed some maintenance work and oil, and a readjustment of the tracking. When he was finished, he asked about the other door, and offered to look at it since "he was here anyway..." Long story short... the $500 repair I was quoted was much less severe. Simon patiently examined the unit, made some adjustments, and rewired some cables in the motor, after which the door worked like a charm. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the quality of the work and the quality of the technician. I would HIGHLY reccomend them.

The technician showed up a bit ahead of time and was very professional. He was concerned with making sure the garage door was working properly as a unit and not just replacing the two springs. He oiled it up, fixed the lights in the overhead unit that weren't working, and added a center piece (I forget what it is called) that should have been there when garage door was first installed. None of this cost extra.

They are excellent, and Bruce is fantastic! They always are so very quick and responsive. They are extremely accommodating, and always do great work and clean up after.

I felt like I got beat on the deal. He didn't do anything, he looked at the rollers and inspected it, but he didn't do anything physically. I wouldn't use them again. They were on time, and he was professional, but he didn't do anything. It was play work.

I bought this deal from Angie's List for Garage Door Tune Up and In Voucher it mentioned that it will replace roller however that was typo. Although it was typo, Provider honored the deal and replaced the roller. Awesome customer service and prompt reply for any queries. Highly recommend this provider.

Simon did a very nice job of installing a garage door opener and then walking me through the new functional features. He was very friendly and kindly programmed my car opener, as well.

Buckeye Door Sales did a great job. The were timely, responsive, well priced and had a great personality. The set up appointment immediately and are coming back on Monday for an add on. No high pressure sales, just work performed and suggestion.

These guys were great! No sooner had I requested an appointment through Angie's List then Bruce (the owner I believe) called me to setup a visit within the hour. My garage door is on a shed and is very small so they didn't have a spring small enough to fit my door so they said they would get the right spring and be back tomorrow. So what happened? Bruce called me the next day to say they had the spring and the installer Simon would be out in an hour to fix the door and sure enough that's the way it happened. I really appreciate a service company who communicates and delivers on what they say they will do. And Simon's work was quality, fast and fairly priced. These guys were great and I won't hesitate to hire them again for other work on my house later this year.

We weren't nearly as pleased with that. We supplied all the materials. We picked it out and all they had to do was put it in. We thought the price was too high since we already bought everything. He did it in a timely manner. If it was a door or window job, I would use them again not if otherwise.

Simon came exactly when he said he would and was very friendly and professional. He kept us informed as to what he was going to do and the cost. He took apart the buckling door and rebuilt it because he said the supports were incorrectly put together. He put it back together, adjusted the tracks and reconnected the garage door opener. He looked at all four of our garage doors and adjusted the tracks and put the rollers back into place. We had two doors that were installed by another company last year and he said that when they used the old tracks, they did not adjust them for the new doors. All four garage doors are opening/closing smoothly and we can't believe the difference in how they sound, work and look.. He worked a solid 2 1/2 hours without stopping until he got all of them working correctly. We are very happy with the work that he did and we believe the price is very reasonable. He told us that he can replace the metal flashing around one of the doors that is damaged and caulk and seal the doors and we are going to contact them to have this done. We highly recommend this company and their work.

Bruce always addressed my questions and even picked up the phone 8:00 pm on a Sunday! Talk about customer service. He was upfront, honest, employs a professional staff, and did a wonderful job with the installation.

He arrived early and waited for me to get there, then it only took 30 minutes to complete the spring changed. He also did a check on other parts in the garage. So polite and quick so we can use our garage again which our home warranty wouldnt cover.

The serviceman was very polite and performed all the work that I expected. He replaced all the rollers, checked the tracks out for alignment and tightened up all the door bolts. He checked the drive, drive belts, and also pointed out that the lift belt was on a plastic roller which could loose teeth as it gets older. It was a replaceable part and would not require a complete replacement of the door operator. He found that the door sensors were not working and I paid to have both of them replaced. I also got a new controller for my wife as her's was acting up even with new batteries. Overall, I was satisfied with the service except for the size of the bill I got at the end. But that maybe an issue on my part. I paid the extra, but it left me with a not great feeling about Buckeye Doors. If I was mistaken, I apologize and will correct my ratings. The reason I did not complain earlier is we were getting ready to go on vacation and there were some long issues at work. Otherwise,

Scheduled an appointment to receive a quote for a custom door installation. The estimator canceled the appointment a few hours prior to the scheduled time. I subsequently rescheduled another appointment. They did not show up or call to cancel the appointment.

Very well, everything that I hoped for, doors working perfectly now.

Finding a true craftsman, someone who takes personal pride in his work, is rare these days: when you hire a professional, you expect the job to be done professionally. My expectations were not only met by Buckeye Door Sales - they were exceeded. The man who came to give me the quote (Bruce) was the same man who performed the work, along with his partner Simon. Both men showed up on the morning of the job on time, prepared, and ready to work. Despite the work taking nearly 6 hours, I don't believe either of them even stopped for a bathroom break, let alone lunch. They were courteous, skilled, and tidy, cleaning as they went and cleaning up the job site after the installation was complete. They took the time to do the job RIGHT and it shows. To make things even better, these guys came in about $450 cheaper than the competition. I expect to get many years of care-free use out of my new door and if you hire these folks I am confident you can expect the same. I have nothing but good things to say about Bruce and his crew and would recommend them without hesitation.

Why do so many service companies make you chase them down to give them money? I cannot stand this, and will not do business with a company that can't be bothered to meet an appointment!

I bought a $99 big deal for this service and I wasn't too happy with that. I can't say it is not his fault, but it is not his fault. He was very pleasant and did what he could. I was expecting the wheels to be replaced. If he had done the job it would have been a great price, if he had replaced the wheels. He oiled it just fine, but that was not what the job was supposed to be.

I will use this company again. The service tech was very professional, thorough and courteous. I am pleased with the result!
