"State Heating and Air Conditioning installed my central air and went above and beyond. My schedule was hard to accommodate dude to work and moving from another city. We had some mix ups but Scott installed portable units until everything could be fully installed so my brick house wouldn’t be an oven. Sal and Nick did my install and were very helpful. They were nice enough to put up my new carbon monoxide alarm and changed the filter in my furnace without me asking, just being helpful gentlemen. Now I have AC and I’m a happy camper. Great company, great people. The young ladies in the office were also great. I think her name was Nicole; she made sure to call me back before she left for the day as promised when I had a scheduling issue."

"Tankless water heater flush. Nick was through in explaining the process so I would be able to do the service myself each year going forward. My water heater had a difficult setup for reaching the valve but he was able to make adjustments easily. Provided plenty of tips to increase the longevity of the water heater. Very happy with Nick and Conserv-Air!"

"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "Last year I wanted to install a new digital thermostat in my house. I bought the thermostat I wanted from Amazon. I called Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer to see if they could do this under a Groupon offer. They said they could, so I bought a Groupon For Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for a service call plus one hour of labor. When I called back to make the appointment with Sal's, they said there would be an additional several hundred dollar charge for the thermostat. This was not revealed on the initial call. needless to say, I used a different company. But, I was still stuck with a Groupon that I could not use. So, last week a laundry drain backed up and I thought I would use the Groupon for Sal's. I called Sal's to see if they would honor the Groupon and would be able to do the job. They said yes and yes. When the technician got to the house, he said it would be an additional $350 to clean the drain. Sal's said the Groupon was good only for a house call and 1 hour of troubleshooting. The Groupon says o1 hour of labor. I will never use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer company for anything. I would recommend you NEVER use Sal's Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Sewer for any reason. They are unscrupulous at best!"

"We needing to replace a broken furnace in our new home recently (11/22/2021). Our home warranty would not cover it because the owner Scott told them it didn't work at all (the heat exchange was cracked) and the unit still powered on and the blower worked. However because he told them that they would not cover it. This was the start of winter so I had no choice but to have the unit financed so they would replace it at my expense instead of going through the home warranty. I paid $4k for a unit that pushes about 1/2 the BTU of my old unit and from what I can tell sells for about $1,500. It isn't even rated for the area its covering. Then it took hit "technicians almost an entire day to install it and get the thermostat working. They eventually had to call what seemed to be a senior tech over to help them. Once it was done we realized a few weeks later that we were smelling stagnant air from the basement and I examined the area and found they had cut out and removed the return duct and never reinstalled it on the new unit. So it was pulling air from the basement and our return was CUT out with the support pieces still hanging and a big hole in the basement duct. I called to get the return put back in and was told Scott would need to take a look. He came out and weeks later had still not called me to setup getting the work done. I called back again and they got ahold of Scott and he quoted me like 1800 or something stupid. This install was not just improper but has been deemed unsafe by the county inspector. Thye have been notified to fix this immedietly to be code compliant and be able to use it again. As of about 2 weeks ago we still have not heard from them about when they will resolve this."
